Fortunately, the great location compensates for the experience with the rented property - we booked unit 311 via a booking platform. The apartment is in a condition that is disproportionate to the cost. It was clean and the bedrooms are small. The apartment is showing its age and shows a lot of signs of use. Although located on a fairly busy road, it is very quiet, especially at night.

Great condos. Pool was nice and maintained. Easy drive from the air port. Beach right across the street was quiet.

Had high hopes from the pictures but disappointing in person. The A/C couldn't keep up with the heat, there were ants in the kitchen. The place could use a cleaning including the living room fan.

This spot is directly across from the beach. Cross the parking lot, take the crosswalk and you are there. Perfect morning walks and sunsets.

Definitely will stay here again when visiting Maui. I'm new to the whole condo hotel type style but I loved it! Feels very much more homey and comfortable. Great location with the beach right across the street, dishes for those with longer stays that maybe plan on cooking and a full fridge, patio, living room, etc.

The condo we stayed in was wonderful! The property outside was kept very clean! Met Paul, who manages the resort- very nice, explained rules well! Definitely recommend!

We stayed here on vacation for almost a month and it was a great experience. The location is great, the beach is just a few steps away and the full time residents were all nice and kind. I like the pool and the bbq area (we used it a lot) and the property manager on-site was very helpful when we had questions. Perfect location in Maui

This is where our condo is so yes we love it and the great location! The Kihei area is so special and not full of over priced condos and snooty people.

Awesome location, just a parking lot in front of the beach. Fully stocked unit. Great view of the sunset over the windmills.also use of pool & hot tub. Two grills in pool area.

Pool is crystal clear and the hot tub is nice. The dunes across the street hide a deserted stretch of sand perfect for sunsets.
