Kimo's Maui, Lahaina HI

Kimos is a good place to relax and have a good meal and drinks. Make sure you chit chat with Uncle Benny during his set. He's a personable and interesting character, and a great musician to boot.

Really good restaurant. The food was good, and can really fill you up after a long day.

The best part of the restaurant is the Oceanside view, with a great view of Lanai.

A combination of good food, good service and an amazing view. As with every non-chain restaurant in Hawaii, prices are about 50% higher than comparable in the SF Bay Area, so be prepared and support them, it's worth it. We generally ate our way through Maui and all I can say is that we enjoyed some of the best food we have had in years at nearly every meal. Kimo's is right on the water and you will need to make reservations before you leave on your trip. We made our reservation about a week before we left and lunch service was all that was left. I would prefer to keep this place a secret, but it is already well known and that's because it is really good. Plan ahead for this one.

This place was amazing! We reserved a table online and as soon as we arrived we were seated. The waiter was great. The fish was fantastic and loved the hula pie. Absolutely amazing atmosphere. We could see the ocean while eating

Sat at the bar and were fortunate enough to be served by Tim. Great guy and wonderful bartender. The fish tacos were very good.

Kimo's is Chili's quality at triple the price. We we're super disappointed by the service, food, clientele, and, drinks. When ordering a second round they used the same margarita glass with my squeezed lime still in the bottom! My cousin's rice was rock hard and luke warm, in fact none of our food was hot or fresh. Very disappointing experience when trying for a nice out in Maui. Save your money, save your time, we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Reeeeeeeally yummy fish, teriyaki steak, and virgin Pina coladas - pretty expensive for the portions, in my opinion though. The dining area is beautiful and right by the ocean!

This is a classic. Hula Pie alone is worth the trip to the island. There fish is great. It has an amazing view of the sunset and is a really family friendly atmosphere while still feeling elegant.

Lemonade is lemon-lime type bar mixer, flat and very off tasting with disturbing sediment all through it. I couldnt tell if that was from the "lemonade" or the dirty glass. Not drinkable. For lunch, I ordered the fish sandwich. Dry and overcooked like jerky with no flavor whatsoever. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the pleasant wait staff and atmosphere plus the view from our table. The price on that terrible sandwich was outrageous at $17.50. Not worth it at all. Besides that, the piece of fish was much smaller than the bun but they pulled the McDonalds trick of putting it on the bun so it hangs over the side and then covering the other, empty half of the bun with the cold French fries that came with it. Will not be returning to Kimos.

Nestled in the heart of Lahaina's bustling Front Street with an ocean front view is this iconic gem of culinary delight that continues to impress! The stunning presentation of entre dishes featuring fresh seafood will absolutely, without a doubt, leave you with the nagging idea of moving to Maui. Incredible food and drinks with an amazing view! We had the fish tacos which were delicious and the Cowboy Burger, very very tasty! We did ask for blue cheese on the burger which was missing when it arrived, but the customer service was outstanding so we got over it pretty quickly. Shout out to the bartender, the nicest guy ever.this coming from a Canadian:). Go here if you have the chance, you won't regret it!

The vegtable dip with flat bread appetizer was great, the little bread muffines and butter was very good. The opah fish, it was a lttle dry and had a slight fishy taste. The asaragus and rice were very good. The staff was friendy and very attentive. I had the lehaina lemonade and my wife had the Kimo's grog and they both were very good.

Server was thorough. Food took a while, but was delicious. My initial impression of the dishes were pretty, but very small. And, I feel the prices were high.

Another good Lahina restraunt from TS restraunts. Kimo's is very similar to Duke's, Hula Grill, and Leilani's if you are familiar with them. They each put a small spin on some great seafood with equally great locations. I had the filet which was expertly cook, my wife had the parmesan encrusted Ono which was excellent.

Excellent meals, tasty fish, wonderful view, and the drinks were delicious. We had a few crab buddies wandering about, they had a good audience whilst shuffling between tables.

Ate Sashimi for the first time, i was pleasantly amazed, I've been missing out, definitely going back for more

This restaurant is right in the water so you get awesome views. The food and beverage was very delicious. I got the coconut shrimp and chilled veg salad along with the mai tai, all tasty! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it's pretty expensive! If you don't mind cost, this is a good place to go.

Pricey, but the food was cooked perfectly and very tasteful. After the meal I felt that I got my money's worth!

Dry ribs! For a price tag of $27, I expected juicy, fall off the bone ribs. They are obviously taking HUGE advantage of tourist and serving dry, tough, and tasteless (calamari) food at a high price. They are also discriminatory; until I spoke up about it. Giving an all white party of 4 the table I'd asked for when I arrived with my family. $160 down the drain. The Hula Pie was the only good thing! And even that is not without flaws - cookie crust is TOO HARD!
