Kona Coast Vacations, Kailua-Kona HI

We had a great week at Casa De Emdeko. Clean, quiet, and conveniently located but not in the middle of tourist traffic. Downtown was close. Once we got our bearings it was an easy drive to wherever we needed to be.

Super nice place. Clean, comfortable, easy access to building and parking. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and other areas. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed my 3 weeks at CCV 220. The condo has a fantastic lanai with a view of the golf course and the ocean in the background. I appreciated the A/Cs when I needed them. The kitchen had everything I needed, I used the washer and dryer often and the condo was decorated beautifully with original art and no "kitsch" covering surfaces. It was a real bonus to have a parking space very near the front door and no stairs. My only suggestion would be to provide instructions for the operation of mechanized the shades on the lanai. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I found the master bed very hard. I realize that is a very personal opinion and some may prefer a firm mattress. I hope to stay at CCV 220 again.

Hale Kipa rocks! What a house! Right on the water, you hear the surf crashing against the rocks 24/7. Negative edge pool looking right out on the ocean. Super bedrooms (and each of the 5 large bedrooms has its own private bath). Great (and large) back deck to grill, eat, watch the sunset, dry off from the pool, etc etc etc. All the appliances, and they all work - super well maintained property. We REALLY didn't want to leave!

Our stay at Waikōloa Beach Villas 022 was wonderful. The condo was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a plus, very nice and modern. Comfortable Lani with a beautiful view of golf course. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Awesome location, close to shopping and restaurants and beaches. Pool was really nice. 2 pools actually. The grounds are beautiful. Loved having beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella and an ice chest available to use at the beach. We will definitely love to visit here again. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Kona Coast Vacations provided us a wonderful condo during our stay in Kona. Their hospitality and facility was extremely enough to exceed our expectations. Condo (we stayed at Kona Pacific) was clean and awesome ocean view from lanai, we enjoyed Kona's good restaurant by walk in less than 10mins.

We'd like to enjoy our stay again Kona Coast Vacations if we go to Big island. Mahalo!

Our stay at the Country Club Villas 332 was absolutely amazing! We were greeted with the most beautifully decorated and inviting space that has all the amenities one could hope for. Not only is this condo expertly decorated, it is stocked with anything you would need for a perfect stay in Hawaii. This condo has every kitchen item for any professional chef. It has items for the pool and the beach, with beach chairs, coolers, towels, and more! And even a little first aid just in case the Hawaiian sun got the best of you, which it did for us. This quiet gem is the perfect place to rest, hang out, and catch an amazing sunset out on your own private deck. I highly recommend booking this condo! It was a touch of paradise in paradise!

Absolutely fantastic customer service who helped me out SEVERAL times prior to the start of our trip and went out of their way to ensure I had a great vacation. Thank you to everyone at Kona Coast vacations and we really enjoyed staying at the condo at Kona Reef! This unit was so comfortable and very well stocked!

We recently spent a WONDERFUL week at houla Kai 23. The home was spacious, gorgeous and well appointed. The view over the golf course to the ocean is STUNNING. We enjoyed watching the wild goats every day on the course and loved swimming in the pool. The location is perfect for exploring several beaches, downtown Kona is very close and don’t forget the Farmer’s Market every Weds & Friday. Just an amazing escape. Exactly what we needed!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of four for the second time after 2018. The house is in excellent condition, everything you need is available and the large clean pool invites you to swim. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, families are welcome. We can fully recommend it and look forward to another visit in the coming years.

Our stay at Kamilo Place was wonderful. We were able to check in early and found the space clean, cool, and inviting. The house is roomy and has a floor plan that includes great gathering spaces while providing privacy to rest and relax.
We spent a lot of time out in the pool and on the lanai. The outdoor area is impeccably maintained with plenty of seating and a nice grill. While we were there a crew came to trim the coconut trees and we all sat and watched as one guy climbed up and cut fronds and coconuts. Then my husband husked and opened a couple of coconuts to taste and we grated the coconut for a fish marinade!
Beds were comfortable, pool and beach equipment in the garage was wonderful, bathrooms and closets are roomy, and I loved the kitchen!
The neighborhood is very secure and safe feeling. Kona Coast Vacations were immediately responsive to our every question.
All in all a very wonderful stay!

We stayed for 4 nights in an apartment as Casa de Emdeko which was brilliant. It had everything we needed, comfortable and clean apartment, a large lanai - perfect view for sunset. The pool, bbq and sun lounge area were good. Kona Coast Vacations provided clear information and driving directions and even messaged us the morning of check in to let us know we could check in early if wanted, compared to other places where our check in was significantly delayed. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Kona Coast was amazing they went out of there way for us and communicated at all times thank you Kona Coast. The villa we stayed in 309 Alii Villas was also great highly recommend this villa.

This place was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Lovely/clean space with everything we needed for a few days in Kona. Would definitely come back anytime!

This was an excellent place to stay on the big island. Right on the Kona Country Club 12th hole (the signature hole) and the sunsets were spectacular. Unit 1501 looked right out over the tee boxes to the ocean and was in fantastic condition. The facility was top notch, secluded but close enough to still be convenient to Kona. The folks at Kona Coast were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Definitely recommended.
