Kona Diamond Company, Kailua-Kona HI

My husband and I walked in looking for a new ring for our 30th wedding anniversary and other items. No "hello" when we entered. We walked the entire store and hovered over a few cases. No one said a word, offered to help or said they would be with us shortly. Perhaps we didn't "look" like we could afford anything. Too bad for them. We dropped our money elsewhere.

Just had a visit to this diamond store at asked if they could test my jewelry coz i went from a pawnshop and the owner said it was fake and goldplated.mike made all the gold tests and my necklace was genuine.thank you mike for being so nice & helpful, you're the best!

They have an awesome selection! Mike & Cameron are very sociable and take great care of anyone coming in. I don't go to jewelery stores often but I won't go anywhere else.

I came in and waited around and was not acknowledged. I understand if you’re with a customer but at least make eye contact and acknowledge your customer that there is a wait. I waited around and walked out.

I took a piece of jewelry in to be repaired. They were professional and very fair. The quality of their work was excellent as well. Going forward I will definitely utilize them for gifts or jewelry purchases.

There's no other Jewelry shop on the Island like this one. Mike is out for your best interests and not his own the moment you walk in the door. He was able to set us up with the perfect ring with a price far better than the multiple other jewelry stores I visited in Kona. I have a silver necklace with a gem on the inside. I love it so much! You could definitely see how dirty it was just because I wear it so often. After they cleaned it for me, it was so nice and shiny. I forgot how beautiful it was until they cleaned and gave it a nice polish. It made me so happy, I fell in love with my necklace all over again. The young man at the front counter was very helpful and kind! They also have a lot of beautiful gems and jewelry pairs to choose from. 100% coming back!

Came in to buy a wedding band. Had to use the restroom while I waited for him to serve another customer. The employee said the restroom was not for me. Rude. Wouldn't recommend.
