Kona Family Health Center, Kailua-Kona HI

Went there for 6-7 years and they where great. Paid a $12 Co Pay that they asked for. Now over a year later they said I was supposed to pay a $14 Co pay and are threatening me with collections if I don't pay the difference. Not my fault if they didn't know what Co Pay I was supposed to pay back then. If it wasn't for this they would've gotta a five star rating. Making me pay for their mistake brings the score down. Be careful.

Kona Family Health Center is great! The medical team there are very attentive and respond quickly to our family's medical needs. Nurse Ellyn is FANTASTIC! I also love that they carry a variety of Vital Nutrients and Thorne supplements.

If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with the outstanding cardiology nurse, Lisa Steinmueller, you will be getting the best care possible. She not only did a thorough assessment of my heart (using the latest technologies), she spent huge amounts of time with me, applying her extensive knowledge of internal medicine and pharmacology, to address all my symptoms. She is brilliant, funny, caring, has a loving and inspiring bedside manner, and she can succeed where other doctors fail!

No one answers the phone or returns phone calls here! I’ve been trying for a week to cancel and reschedule but nobody returns my call or answers the phone. I do NOT want to go to them! Can only imagine what a headache they must be to actually work with them with customer service like this. Forget it!
