Jay was who helped us, he was the absolute best and made accommodations fit to what was best for us. The scooters got us around everywhere, easy parking, Gas was only $4 every 3 days, which is AMAZING! I’d rent a scooter over a vehicle anytime. Under the seat is a storage, which fit a decent amount for when we went grocery shopping. Again Jay is your dude to rent from, he is beyond sweet, very helpful and even picked us up from the airport due to no ride. Next time we come back I’ll have my whole family even rent from Jay, super fun and fitting for all people over 18! I’d have to add he is a very hard working man and always in a great mood! This business is a 10 star if that was allowed on the rating!

Great business. Loved the motorcycles we got to ride for a day. Was upgraded to a bigger bike for no charge due to some issues with the bike I wanted to ride. Strongly recommend this to anyone looking to rent a two wheeled motorized transportation

What a genuinely nice and professional team! We’ve brought our Honda Ruckus to be repaired here a couple of times and they have never let us down. Customer service is outstanding. You don’t come by people this nice very often. Highly recommend for any and all moto purchases/repairs!

Recently bought a 150cc scooter from this company, and I’m in love with it! I have recommended Kona Scooters to everyone who has asked about purchasing one, as well as for scooter rental. Jay and Mike went above and beyond to make this purchase fast, simple, and hassle free. Their selection is great and fairly priced, an honest local shop. They will always be my top choice here on Big Island for all scooter+motorcycle needs!

So I have a M1 and ride Harley’s all the time so I didn’t want to rent a motorcycle but still wanted to be on two wheels, so I went with The 170cc scooter and I had a blast in that thing! It has way more power than you think it does! I’m 6ft 230 lbs and It towed me around just fine. I was actually blown away on how much power it had. Even riding two people on it, it still did about 65mph! Dude was super cool that rented the scooter out and made it easy even when I wanted a few more days. If I ever come back I won’t even rent a car just take me straight to Kona scooters!
