Body repair. Very satisfied with the result. We were kept advised of the progress of repairs through texting.

First they would not work with Walmart insurance and we had to file with State Farm if wanted to use them. Made an appointment for the repair of our Toyota Tacoma long bed truck. I gave them all the information right up front and we had to wait for an entire month for estimate appointment. They made us wait while they did the estimate only to tell us they can’t do the work as their paint booth is too small? What a complete waste of time and terrible customer service for not telling us they could not do the repair!

KW Auto kept us in updated with our car’s progress. Their customer service was informative and friendly and our car looks like new. Thank you!

I've previously posted a review on the carwise website so I won't reiterate everything. Key points: they send periodic texts to inform you of their progress. They treated me like a valued customer. Even when I showed up before normal business hours (around 10 minutes early) someone was happy to help me. The actual repair was very very good. The car was returned to me 6 days early and very very clean: so clean that the original carwax that was on there when I initially turned the car in was not present. I think they may have taken any wax off so any new paint would stick. This was not a problem for me. I highly recommend this business.

7/29/23. Just one small criticism that doesn't detract from my evaluation: in cleaning my car today I had to remove some masking tape from several areas on my car. They must have used this tape to secure a protective covering on my car while it was being painted. Hopefully they will endeavor to be a little more detail oriented in other customer's cars.

I had a great experience with KW Auto Body getting my entire front bumper replaced. After a quick assessment and ordering the part ahead of time, they did the entire thing in 3 days and it looks great! Everyone I spoke with at the shop is very nice, they kept me well informed with excellent communication and they have a very convenient texting service as well if I had a question about anything. I was even walked out to my car as I was leaving which was very kind. Overall, a really great experience! I will definitely consider them first for any auto body repairs in the future. There is an enterprise a block away as well which made the entire process easy as well. Thank you to everyone at the shop I really appreciate it! Aloha
