Top of the line Italian food, excellent service. You will leave here happy. Definitely want to make a reservation.

We're from New York, and this is some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella in port fig reduction, short rib ravioli, truly wonderful.

This was our 4th time at La Spezia. The food was good; the service was abysmal. I guess it was our turn to be the forgotten table. They've moved to our B list, for sure.

Tough to get through this meal. We ate just enough to not feel hungry and ditched the rest. Would not return.

Once again we've returned to Kauai after a 2 year hiatus due to Covid, and we couldn't wait to dine at La Spezia for our favorite breakfast and dinners! Though we definitely enjoyed our Lasagna and Short Rib Ravioli along with great wine, we were so disappointed that they no longer served breakfast. We both had been looking forward to the brie French toast and orange juice, but alas, only in our memories. I can't say enough about this tiny restaurant and its fabulous food, hopefully sometime in the future they will again be open for breakfast too!

The best Italian food on the island, awesome service and great experience. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing amazing food, came out in good portions where you are satisfied but not uncomfortably stuffed. We got the tortellini & the steak! Soooo amazingly delicious. Packed with so much flavor!

So disappointing. I named this restaurant the 20 minute club. It took 20 minutes to check in, 20 minutes for a waiter to come over, 20 minutes for our drinks to be served, and 20 more minutes for our dinner. Every other restaurant on our visit was 5 stars, excellent service, and an amazing experience. This was the only one that was understaffed, rude, and disappointing.

Serves us right for trying Italian in Hawaii. Won't make that mistake again!

Really good Italian food, wonderful staff and a great wine selection. The serving sizes were quite large. I had to bring some home in a doggie box and it made an amazing midnight snack.

Ambiance was relaxing and calssy. There is no dress code, but most everyone was well dressed.

I would say definitely make a reservation, as they were very busy.

Great food and great price! We got the daily special tortellini and spaghetti and spicy meatballs. Yum! Highly recommend getting a dessert to take home with you…we tried the tiramisu and loved it. Definitely make reservations, they had to turn people away on a Wednesday night.

Wonderful food. Went with a party of four and tried two appetizers, four mains and a dessert. Every dish was wonderful! The wine list is also robust. Best Italian food experience I have had in a long time!

BEST FOOD EVER! We ordered multiple items to try the menu, and every single thing was amazing. Even the olive oil and bread were the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter was absolutely amazing and made it such a fun night! Highly recommend!

This was my favorite meal on the island. Really beautiful restaurant and flavorful food cooked perfectly.

Great staff and service, good selection of wine with nice dessert. But unfortunately the food was just okay, way too saucy.
Having said that, it’s a decent Italian open in the south if island if you are looking to spend a relaxed evening.

This Italian restaurant on Kauai is a must- the food is amazing.so delicious and the staff are wonderful. My husband and I shared several dishes including the spaghetti and clams and the veal scallopine and we couldn't get enough! A must on your visit to this island!
