Lahela Sportfishing Kauai

Great early morning trip with Captain Daton and mate Mark. Hit the bouy first thi g and got a couple of shibi first thing to keep the wife and kids interested. Trolled till dock time hoping for a big one. Really enjoyed the company and the Crew was very knowledgeable about what to see and do locally. Beautiful sunrise and the spinner dolphins are fun to watch up close.
Boats super clean and ready to go on time.

We had a great fishing experience, the captains were awesome and friendly! The trip was also educational learned a lot about the island!

Very kid friendly! Highly recommend for those bringing children along. Caught 4 fish per kid.

Had a wonderful time on our fishing trip! Caught a bunch of juvenile tuna, even got a couple keepers that made wonderful poke! Tried our luck further out and hooked a mahi. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone wanting to get out on the water. Also, do yourself a favor and just take the Dramamine

We came late in the season and booked last minute. Cody and the captain were great to get us on lots of juvenile tuna. We knew going into it that we would be unlikely to get into bigger fish. We ended up having a great time. The team was very knowledgeable about fishing, the island and its history, and kept us busy with the fishing. I would definitely go again!

We had an excellent fishing charter with Lahela Charters! Cody and Dayton got us on some tuna and we caught 3 really nice skipjacks (which we really enjoyed for dinner!) Both Cody & Dayton were super nice and great company. We would recommend Lahela Charters and hope that we’ll be able to go out with them again next time we visit Kauai! Mahalo

We had an amazing time with Lahela Sportfishing! The fishing was a little slow at first but the crew worked hard and found us 20 tuna! This was our kids first time deep sea fishing and they made sure that the kids and we were comfortable and had fun!

This was our first time on a fishing charter and our Captain and Cody made it a memorable experience. They were friendly and we really enjoyed our conversations with them. Our Captain and Cody tried their best to find us fish but unfortunately, we didn't catch anything - I guess that is why they call it fishing and not catching!

Absolutely a fantastic trip! Captain Scott, Cody and Dayton were beyond professional. Very knowledgeable and had great gear! We hooked up on two Marlins and several other species of fish. I highly recommend fishing with the Lahela Crew! Looking forward to the next trip! Thank you the Smiths!

Went out on Jan 2 with Lahela sportfishing. Boat, Captain, and deckhand were more than accommodating for a large party with a bunch of kids. Top notch experience on a top notch boat. Thanks guys!
