Leeward Pet Clinic, Aiea HI

The only vet clinic where I felt we are cared for! My cat Brisket came in for her check-up, and the staff are very warm and welcoming. The doctor is very knowledgeable, and trustworthy and made sure Brisket is taken care of.
I feel that They make an effort to know every pet because Every time I would call about my cat, they remember her and already has a ready answer to my question.
I have been to so many clinics in Oahu, and I'm happy to say we finally found the one clinic we will be loyal to.

My sister takes her dog here for all her veterinarian needs and recommended me to them because I have a new puppy. I had an appointment scheduled for today which I couldn’t make and asked to reschedule. I knew to come in 10/15 minutes early to fill out paper work and establish myself with the vet and clinic. Usually, the women who call to inform me on my upcoming appointments are so so sweet. Well, I called today to reschedule and the lady who answered me was extremely rude! She made me feel like I was stupid/a bad person for wanting to reschedule. I hadn’t known previously that I would have to pay $50 to reschedule OR if I was a new customer, the vet could either drop me as a client or I’d have to wait to see if he still wants to see me. I understand this is the rules but you can definitely come across more gentle and understanding to your customers life situations. After that phone call I hope they drop me as a client. If you treat your new customers that way, I hope to GOD you don’t treat animals in the same light.

Just like going to a family pediatrician. They treat your puppies as if you were going to your kids doctor.

Dr. G really takes his time when examining my Kuromame and while examining he explains what he is checking for his nurses are very friendly and Jaymee she's on it whenever I call to make an appointment its within a day or two. My Kuromame has issues with her platelet and Dr. Shows his concerns for her health they are very welcoming thank you all

The staff is all very friendly and you can tell they all care about the well being of your pet. Would refer to anyone looking for a friendly caring vet

Good pet Clinic people are very nice and helpful doctor Gulliver is very knowledgeable am very satisfied with there service with my Koa (yorkie) lots of parking.

Only came here to pick up monthly medicine for my puppy. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Speedy check out as well. They never pressure you into getting more than you need.
