I keep coming back to the Pearlridge Lens Crafters as everyone is super friendly & helpful. As usual, Dr. Tsumoto explained everything very clearly. I was assisted by Eric for my glasses & he was absolutely amazing.

Highly recommend this location!

I came into the store today hoping to get my glasses fixed. The lens on my glasses kept falling off. Ross approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained the condition of my glasses. He said give me ten minutes and proceeded to repair the glasses. I had my glasses back in ten minutes. The customer service was impeccable and Ross is a rock star!

The staff was friendly and very helpful and was able to answer every question I had. Largest selection of frames I've seen in my area.

I also had my eye examination done, and it was very easy and quick, with what looked to me like state-of-the-art equipment!
No more of those eye-drops solution that causes your vision to be sensitive to light after. The doc even showed me pictures of the inside of my eyes and explained what we were looking at, and what he was looking for.

They are awesome at explaining things, never in a rush and there digital eye exams are amazing. Always wonderful customer service.

My visit to LensCrafters was really good! Sheena was very helpful and very friendly. We had no problems or concerns and Sheena walked us through the whole process. Sheena was exceptional. Will be a loyal customer!

Excellent service by Eric at Pearlridge. He helped me pick out my frame and explained my insurance portion, thus leaving as a very happy and satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend family and friends to visit Eric at the Pearlridge location.

Made an appointment for contacts. Instead, the person on the phone told me I didn't need contacts without knowing anything about me and changed my appointment to one for glasses without telling me. I don't know the difference between a glasses exam and a contacts exam, but after I was left to pay for an exam and a prescription for glasses that is no good for contacts. Wasted my one eye exam per year that I get from my insurance. I now have to get another exam for what I wanted, and pay for it out of pocket. Thanks for nothing.

Did what the response said only to be told that the optometrist is an independent contractor so they won't do anything. To this day, the optometrist did not contact me, instead they stuck their head in the sand.

Recently broke my expensive pair of sunglasses, bent the hinge, lost the screw. Walked in and immediately was helped by a kind young lady. She fixed them within 10 minutes AND made them fit better than they ever had before. Awesome people, awesome work! Would recommend you guys any day.

Friendly staff and my salesperson Ross was nice I formative and helped me pick out the perfect pair.

My mother-in-law accidentally sat on her glasses, causing it to be twisted and unwearable. My wife and I took her glasses to lenscrafters in Pearlridge; the folks there were wonderful. They straighten out her glasses frame and even replaced the nose pads and gave her a case to protect her glasses! They were so kind. We'll definitely go there for glasses.

Staff and doctor were very friendly during the exam and in explaining the breakdown of costs pre and post insurance

Lagapa, Jr. Christopher pays close attention to details and the customer’s needs. He has an abundance of knowledge and is skilled in his craft. The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. The staff was very welcoming as soon as I entered the store. The preliminary screening before seeing the doctor went off without a hitch. Dr. Irwin was very personable and easy to speak with. I had already scoped out the frames I desired, which made the purchasing process seem effortless.
