Brought my car in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Met with Samson who is a really friendly, helpful guy. Turns out my tire had a screw in it and since it had been repaired before, there was no charge! What a pleasant surprise! Shout out to June Ota, Samson and the crew for always giving me the best service! What an awesome company

Excellent customer service and fixed hydraulic pressure issue in rear brakes within the same morning. Will definitely be back in future auto repairs and highly recommended to other customers!

Very pleased with my experience here. Came in with a set of rims for my g35, they helped me pick tire sizes and ordered them for me. Old wheels off, new rims on new tires in an hour and a half. Thanks!

Visited Lex Brodie Aiea today for a tire repair. Called first and was able to get a same day appointment at 9 am…though walkins are available. I arrived a little early. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was expecting to only repair a tire, but they pointed out another issue that had to be replaced vs repair. They offered me the opportunity to see the problem in person, which was really nice. I appreciated the transparency. They had my exact tire in stock (another surprise), and I was out of there in < 1 hour. I forgot my wheel lock, but it didn’t matter. They had a spare. Believe it or not, I had my car at another tire place for three days once, and they never once called for the wheel lock. They just returned it to me three days later and said they couldn’t do the work (omg). So, I was thankful Lex Brodies had the tools needed to get it done. All around a stress free experience.

From the first call I received nothing but professional courtesy and efficient service. Brooke T called and explained everything to me from diagnostic report. When I finally went to pick up my car, she was there to assist and asked about an on line coupon, which I was able to find and helped to alleviate some cost. Wow.just wow! Honestly, I am so very grateful for great customer service. Walking in, there was such a warm welcoming atmosphere, it’s like they are all friends… and people always remember how others make them feel.so thank you.

I was out doing errands today. I noticed my tire pressure light on. I asked for a recommendation when I dropped off donations. They suggested Lex Brody Tire & Brakes.

I checked in with the receptionist and asked if they offered tire pressure services. I was directed to the back.

Copper greeted me and checked the pressure and added whatever was needed. I offered to pay and he said that this service is free at all their stores in Hawai’i. What great customer service.

Manager Jack and his assistant Leimomi presented me with very warm and professional acknowledgement immediately upon entering store. Explained what needed to be done on my vehicle with reasonable pricing for tires and lifetime brake service. Job completed in timely manner. I appreciated being a valued customer of their branch of Lex Brodie and will repeat my visits. Thank you.very much!

These guys are great. Had my alignment done there 6 months ago which included a free realignment when the 6 months were up. I had a hectic holiday season which casued me to miss my appointment - showed up a few weeks past the expiration and the manager says he'll honor my free alignment - i didn't even ask, just mentioned how bad i felt about just missing out. Good guys. And they did a great job

We had a flat tire so we took our Honda CRV to the shop in Pearlridge/Aiea. The manager on duty was Jordan. He was extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this Lex Brodie shop to my family and friends:)

2021 Update: Free air, but you have to put it in yourself. I asked for help and got stink eye. Mr Brodie is spinning in his grave! Two stars removed.

Went there to replace 4 tires for my van. Ended up getting other things fixed while there. The office staff was great. The lifetime warranty on the repair was great. I recommend this place.

I picked up a nail on a Saturday afternoon. I took my car to another shop on the island and the only thing they wanted to do was sell me a tire. I was super stressed put since I needed to be on a flight to the mainland the next day. Brooke and her pearl ridge team got me in and out in no time. I was stoked to get friendly service. Nice and big on the inside. Has massage chairs and spacing for COVID. TVs show games etc. People are nice.

The safety check of my 2017 Corolla took less than 20 minutes instead of the hour or more I anticipated. Would like to commend Brook T at the Pearlridge Branch for her cheerfulness and professionalism. She even drove my car to have the tires checked and air pumped in them. That's service to the max! Hope she gets the lunch she deserves!
