7Went and got my body wash, shampoo, and some zinc supplements. I love that the coupons sometimes beats the big retailers prices.
The employees like most businesses today just don't have customer service anymore. It's like they are mad you're there shopping. Awkward & Strange.
Although it was a busy period, and possibly short staffed, the pharmacy staff worked very efficiently and was able to provide superior customer service!
I visited today between the hours of 8 & 9 PM. I would like to apologize for cutting in line. I did not mean too. My only excuse is that I thought the young, African -American woman in front of me was still waiting for the cashier to get her batteries. I had moved in front with my cart of Pepsi and cookies.
I thought the cashier Chantelle had waved me forward but I must have been mistaken. Chantelle was lovely, and quick in scanning my meagre amount of groceries. Luckily I managed to snag the last three cases of Pepsi, because they had a sale on them. 3 for $16. Great deal! ~ Rev. Kevin Baris
The associate that assisted me during checkout was awesome. He asked if I wanted to use my coupons which impressed me bcuz normally I’m doing the asking. Unfortunately I opted for no receipt so I didn’t get the young gentleman’s name.
When you offer the extracare coupons and extra bucks rewards, need to make sure extracare members are able to use them. My cashier was not able to process my coupons and I ended up paying more, a lot more than I was supposed to.
My cashier was very professional and tried hard to help me and I need to apologize to the rest of the customers behind me as I held up the line.
Great location with friendly staff. Love that in Hawaii the original ‘Longs’ name was retained!
