Super rude pharmacy with the exception of Joon. Ask for him. He was fantastic. The others, I would give a 0.

I needed an emergency refill of a prescription. The druggist was great: he went to great lengths to order it and have it ready in two hours.

A go to place during our vacation when we needed sunscreen or other items. We had fun looking at CVS items (Longs Drugs parent company) that aren’t available where we live.

Super rude pharmacist! The pharmacy tech said that I had to speak to the pharmacist about an availability question for dog meds. I wanted to find out if they had it or could order it before I called my vet. Pharmacist came on the line and said "what do you want? " I told her and she said "Call your vet, then they can tell you if we have it" She also kept cutting me off and refused to answer any questions. Rude, rude rude! If I could give negative stars I would!

I needed a couple of chairs for the beach and I was going to have to pay 35$ per day to rent them. Was going to walmart and decided to stop at Longs. We paid less to buy 4 chairs than it cost to rent ONE. Amazing!

My husband had Covid in Dec ‘22. Tina was so helpful in getting us supplies we needed. We came back this year and thanked her once again! Yay for compassionate employees like Tina!

Over and beyond what was asked of the stock clerk.
We forgot our reading glasses and the stocking clerk came and read each label for us to make our purchase. What a great deed she did. She even had a smile when it was all done! 2 thumbs up. GREAT ATTITUDE OF SERVICE

We were on vacation in Kapaa and my son was in need of an urgent prescription. My husband was able to get to the Pharmacy with 9 minutes until closing, our pediatrician sent in our prescription and they filled it immediately! Great customer service and was very grateful they were able to fill so quickly!

Great place for toiletries and snacks on your way into or out of the hotel. The store is clean, the employees are friendly, and they have a wide variety of products at fair prices. The self-checkout is nice as well and we've never had to wait in line to check out. Highly recommend if there are any odds and ends that you need!

My experience with Longs drugs has always been good. If I’m unable to find something, there’s always an associate to help. I never have to wait a long time.
