9Avoid right now 2/5/20 as the escalators are down and the elevator is glitchy. You can’t get up to the second level where all the non-food items are. I went up the down escalator, which was the only way on to the second floor at the time, and was escorted down to the first floor by an employee. Guess they don’t want my money.
There's something about the corner drug stores for which you got your medical refills, household items and a reminder about your flu shot. That same style of the past still exists at Longs Drug Store in Waikiki, check out the Pharmacy Staff that goes over and beyond.
Very well-stocked store. The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. The prices here are a little higher than stores outside of the tourist area, but that’s the price of convenience.

I wish I got the associate's name. She was SUPER helpful scanning discounted merchandise and told me of the block party I otherwise would not have known about. This is only my second time in Hawaii, but this is where I always end up if I need anything. They are very affordable and super nice/helpful EVEY. SINGLE. TIME! HIGHLY recommend.
I grew up with Longs Drugs and I know that i can depend upon them and now you can get a flu shot by the pharmacist. Over the years they have transformed with the times and yet stayed the same, were in Waikiki so we go to the Kalakaua branch. They stay in touch besides keep up with your prescriptions with labels that is understandable even to this old gal. Mahalo from Niu St.in Waikiki.
This store is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable. Sale prices are clearly marked. I am especially impressed by the people who work there. I received excellent customer service from Barbara. Checkout is fast and efficient. I would recommend this store to everyone in the Waikiki area.
I have had some of the very best customer service imaginable at the Pharmacy Department. Both Debbie and Brady are extraordinary in going out of their way to help!
