Longs Drugs Pharmacy, Mililani HI

This pharmacy is an unreliable in regards to controlled subscriptions.

Multiple times I have to wait for the pills; but Pharmacy locations like the one in Mauka side would have them.

But not only will this Pharmacy not have them many time overs, twice I had to get my son’s prescription mailed out again because THEY held the prescription last the due date.

I am aware of going to the other pharmacy locations and that is what I will do.

I gave this pharmacy multiple chances but many times they let me down.

Just not worth going to from my experiences. I try so hard to get them the benefit of doubt but it’s better to stay away from this Pharmacy.

I just love this Long's since I've been shopping here for 15 years. I've always been treated well by the staff.

Alwayz has what you need when u need it, great discounts on all different items, pleasant staff n pharmacy needs mahalo longs for all you do!

People are friendly but there seems to be Management and staffing issue especially during peak times over here. Good to get your Longs needs but be prepared to wait.

I will literally stand in a longer line just to be checked out by Louise. I've never seen her without a cheerful smile. She loves on everyone she checks out. This woman needs to be in management and train others to be like her.
