Really bad customer service. I had appointment with them and I showed them my email, but they thought I lied. They called to the manager upstair to make sure that i had appointment. I was really mad. They didn’t welcome you or said hello or something. They showed me only one right side of woman handbag but not the left side. They jugded you by the way you look, and they thought u didn’t have money to buy their stuffs. Just bc of my husband wanted to buy his shoes, if not I will walked out of the door and never come back this store again.

My shopping experience at local LV store was just amazing with a very careful customer service provided by Miss Louise! Huuuuuuuuuuuuge Mahala and Aloha from California!

Hawaii, I'll definitely be back!

5 star staff. Everyone is professional and knowledgable. I needed a tote bag for a friend and was in and out under 15 minutes. I appreciate how well everything was packaged and service was never compromised despite having to do everything so quickly.

Love this place my favorite designer, the rep was nice and knowledgeable. Love the fact my bag was $100 cheaper than it is back in the states.

We had a wonderful first time experience here, and Makenna was an absolute joy to work with from beginning to end. She never pressured us in our decision making, showed us multiple bags, answered any questions we had, and was very friendly with great conversation. Thanks to Tyler and Maya for taking care of us. My husband was interested in a white fragile new arrival bag for me, and they explained in details about the designing concept and how to take care of it. Unfortunately it didn’t truly fit me, but I was very happy we stopped by and will definitely visit again in the future.

The most beautiful LV store I have ever been inside, but the sales associates were extremely rude. After waiting to see if someone would help us, I asked a salesperson if she could help with a pair of shoes. She asked me if I had been assigned a sales associate and I said no and she said there was a very long wait for a sales associate and I told her we didn’t mind waiting or we could come back. She said let me see if anyone is available and 1 minute later she came back with a lady named Tiffany and so I asked her about the shoes and she walked off and started talking to another lady looking at shoes. We left, we totally felt like she gave us the brush off. We were in Maui a few days earlier and the vibe there was excellent! No judgement for our family in flip flops and vacation type apparel. Stop by the Maui store for a wonderful, welcoming experience Florinda Topinio was an excellent sales associate and helped our entire family with our sunglass purchase, I’ll contact her now for help with a pair of shoes:)

Unfortunately, when my family and I visited this Louis Vuitton location while on vacation, we were not approached or helped whatsoever. When we asked for an associate we were told there was a long wait for an advisor. Only a minute later we were assigned Tiffany, an advisor who clearly did not want to assist us. We asked for two styles of Lv wedges and none were ever brought to us. After visiting the Maui Louis Vuitton store, I was mind blown at the difference in customer service! We were helped immediately in a very friendly way!

I walked in this store with my family and no one helped us. I asked an attendant for a pair of shoes and she said she would check on it and walked away shortly after to help another couple instead of us. They told us there was a long wait for a salesperson to assist us, but three of them were standing around doing nothing. Overall, I felt very like I was slightly judged and very unwelcome. The only thing I liked were the shoes!

TLDR; They made a mistake, and it left a bad taste in my mouth regarding the whole brand because of it and the manager's attitude toward it.

My wife and I visited this location two separate times, with her parents first in the morning then my parents second at night. We ended up purchasing a bag each for the mothers and a pocket organizer each for the fathers. Two different reps helped us each time and they were both very accommodating and seemed genuinely excited to help us and there was very low pressure. Everyone that got something there wanted to get their initials hotstamped, and I was offered to get my pocket organizer hotstamped as well even though mine was not purchased at this boutique and was gifted to me. I thought it was nice of them to offer and that it'd look nice, so I took them up on their offer. But I really shouldn't have.
I go to pick up the items a couple days later and find out that they messed up and hotstamped the wrong initials on mine and one of the dads' pocket organizers. It was fine for one of the dads' since it they had a new one in stock. However, mine was a special color that was no longer produced. I was devastated because it took the gifter a few months to track it down for me, since he knew I liked blue/dark navy but didn't want all the monogram. Now, it was forever ruined and had someone else's initials were hotstamped onto a pocket organizer that someone put so much effort into obtaining for me.
What made things worse was the nonchalant and 'what the heck do you want me to do' attitude that the manager had. The sales rep that ended up getting roped into this because the initial rep was not in at the time was great, but the manager was just terrible. They offered to replace the pocket organizer with any other one they had in stock or a gift card, but there was no way of getting the same one replaced or repaired, and I could not go around carrying loose cash and cards in my pocket, so I ended up choosing something. They offered to rush the hotstamping and rush they did. Mine was smooth leather so it was fine but the other one that they redid had silver flakes all over and the letters were nowhere as crisp as they did on the incorrect hotstamp I saw earlier. By then, I just wanted to be done with this terrible experience with this store and brand, so I just signed for them and left.
I started the day filled with excitement of picking up my very personalized pocket organizer, but I ended up losing a very beautiful and meaningful pocket organizer and ending up with now just a pocket organizer with zero meaning that will forever remind me of this bad experience and a terrible taste in my mouth regarding this brand.
The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is how helpful the reps were in helping our parents pick out their bags and pocket organizers and made them feel heard about what they were looking for.

A beautiful LV store in downtown Waikiki. Multiple floors. Gorgeous store setup. Friendly staff. I would definitely return during our next visit to Oahu.

Note: they offer special instore monogramming because they have a special machine. A cool perk at this store that you can't find at every LV.

Note: Public parking structure next door, and they validate.

Nothing special here. All of the employees watch you like you’re going to take something. Better service at other locations.
