Best Lowe’s! Great selection, and you can always find someone who works here to ask a question! And they have a great garden center with good prices!

This is more for the kitchen cabinet and install department. We bought our kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s and the initial planning and purchase went smoothly. However, the install process and dealing with them after that was all downhill. We paid a considerable amount of money for the cabinets and many showed up damaged or just the wrong dimensions, they would not give us refunds or replace 2 of them. We also paid a good amount of money using Lowe’s installers because they guaranteed their work. The crew were great but their boss and Lowe’s cabinet department were both so difficult to get a hold of and didn’t take responsibility for damages and install issues throughout the process. We paid over 1k to get the cabinets fixed by a carpenter. Don’t buy your cabinets from them. They’ve been rude and argumentative throughout the process. Take your money somewhere else.

I dont know what to say. The customer service, or lack there of, is unbelievably poor. After meeting for over two hours with a custom cabinet specialist (she was very good) I called about an hour later to confirm a few questions I had and start the purchasing process. I waited for the phone to answered over a 45 minute period of which someone would finally pick up and then re-direct the call only to either go unanswered or dropped. I called back a total of six times with at least 3 of the calls dropped or never getting thru.
Lost faith about making such a big purchase if i can’t even get someone to answer the phone.

Eric, Manager or supervisor or just general employee, whatever he is - at the returns and exchanges desk is an inconsiderate and incompetent employee. Tried explaining I needed to exchange a faulty product that is a complete manufacturer defect and no fault of my own yet he refused, was rude, and offered no viable solutions.

Went to get a peace of glass cut and both of the people who do that went on lunch break for an hour. The guy in tools next to there wouldn't even page them. A younger guy did try to get help but no one came after paging them 4 times.

I have tried calling the Waipahu store 5 times to change a delivery date - They have not answered the phone in all my attempts - I let it ring for 5 - 10 minutes each - NO ANSWER - NOT ACCEPTABLE!

No one answers the phone, called both waipahu and honolulu stores. Waiting for my appliance delivery, spent $$$$ and get no updates or info. They change delivery dates, don’t tell me anything, have to physically go into the store to get info… finally reach a guy who transfers me to a manager at waipahu store (Deruda) who also doesn’t pick up phone… phone ringing ringing… No one’s answering phone, spent a hour today … 4 hours on hold last time (was curious how long would they let phone ring and not pick up) … can’t get basic info on when my refrigerator is being delivered, is supposed to be today… asked if I can get direct number to delivery department, didn’t get it… wasting another afternoon…will have to go down in person to get any info. I usually go to Home depot. I’m regretting going to Lowes. Worst experience

Been shopping there over a decade.
I must say the waikele bathroom is the most filthy and smelly bathroom i ever seen.
The floor is soaked with urine, and never has paper towel or the hand dryer is weak.
Id rather use a porta potty than their bathroom. How ironic the bathroom is filthy in a hardware store!

Lowe's, thanks homies. The staff was legit, found the parts I needed. They are rarely out of items. Oddly enough, often out of gold spray paint. What the hell are y'all doing with the gold spray paint?

Lowes waipahu is great. Friendly and very helpful staff. Hard to reach on phone but other then that store is fantastic

Took way too long to receive an online order.about 25-30 mins. The worst part is that the store was nearly empty and had around four or five employees near me and it seemed normal to them.

Found my bathroom ceramic floor tile after looking at multiple companies specializing in kitchen/bathroom remodeling.
I just love the faucet displays.so smart to arrange by color/finish makes it so much easier to compare styles and brands.

I mean, it's Lowes, so I go on their app every time I need something, 50% of the time their inventory is not in the aisle and such as the app says it is.today again, so I figured a review was mandated.truly Hawaii's home depots are usually closer to the app's validity. I will still go to Lowe's when I am nearby, but I don't expect any miracles that the store's app will get me to what I need

Very cluttered and poorly organized. My main reason for going was for a stove/oven. While there, I saw someone playing with the Samsung family hub fridge (the one with built in smart screen) therfore I asked the guy that was working that department if it was an issue with ALL of these specific models where the left door doesn't close without added force. He claimed "NO! " and that he'd never heard of that. Having gone through 2 as well as BOTH displays at the Honolulu and Pearl City stores ALL have that issue, I think that employee needs to brush up on current issues & problems with appliances to better educate himself and better inform customers, especially when dealing with a fridge that was almost $4k.
It makes him lose credibility when he doesn't know common issues. I could understand if it was an isolated issue but EVERY Samsung family hub fridge has had that problem so far. With that being said, I still LOVE my fridge and don't regret buying it, I just had to turn the volume up to the 'door open' music it plays since it happens regularly.
