The 2 managers working tonight were AWFUL! I’m so disappointed! One was a man with gray hair & gauges & the other was a pregnant woman with long blackish/brownish hair. This used to be one of my favorite stores, but my interaction just now was shocking & devastating. The 2 managers refused to replace my sister’s defective product, even after looking it up & confirming we purchased it! We frequently go to lulu & own a ton of their products & I’ve exchanged used things, per their quality improvement promise, several times without any issue. The lulu in Wailea said they would exchange it for her, but she wasn’t with me at the time & happened to be with me at this location tonight instead. Both of the managers here were awnry, very unprofessional & quite rude! They spoke down to my sister & I after originally speaking rudely to our mom when she asked for her total again so she could pay with exact change! I will definitely be reaching out to the higher ups. This is not in alignment with the lulu brand. Very disappointing. We will be going back to Wailea! Their manager was much kinder! I rarely leave poor reviews, but this felt necessary!

Nice small location! Stock is very limited, but staff are friendly and helpful.

Very unfortunate service by Elijah today. Not the norm for the multiple locations I have visited before. Save yourself the trip.

I just tried to buy an outfit here and I shop at Lulu all over the world and always get my military discount that was already proven when I sent it in my card. I didn’t have my ID but had my credit card and the girl wouldn’t even look up my account without it. I had my credit card. Im staying right next door. Extremely rude considering i could have verified my info on my account.
