10 I took the item to be refunded, bought a new one, and asked for a refund to my original card. However, the employee said there was an error and refused, so the employee tried to refund it with a gift card. What is this? Then, I asked for a refund to my credit card like I said I don't live here, so I could use it online, blah blah blah.
No, still refund to the original card! This is why they exchanged it for a gift card and then made a sad face and said they should call the manager. I don't know why I can't get a refund through Travel Wallet, but wouldn't it be okay to do the standard thing and get a refund first and then pay for a new item? So don't even try that.stupid.
In the end, I received a refund to another card, but I need to check to see if the refund was processed properly.
The Lululemon staff was unfriendly.
Unfriendly staff (a gentleman with glasses), we made a purchase but he definitely didn’t make us feel welcomed during the paying process. The other staff were friendly and welcoming though!
Great selection, some exclusive pieces to Waikiki only. Staff is awesome. Such a pleasure. Taylor and Erin were very friendly and courteous. They were helping us find a place that served coconut drinks but also helping us with Lulu merchandise! I had a really good experience. Thank you Taylor and Erin! We will be back soon.

No plus sizes @ all, the bags hardly fit for crossbody wearing. I have large breasts and size 18 so, I ended up returned it.
Waited on line, to get in the store to buy items only sold in Hawaii. They let us in, 5 at a time. I was in the second group. Everything gone! One family bought 6 items and had 2 people check out! Why would you let this happen? Not fair!
