Food is killer and the people that work here are always super nice. Best fast food fries hands down.

The loco moco burger, mushroom burger, French fries, and sweet potato fries were all delicious. The Loco Moco Burger is recommended for those who like sweet sauce. Mushroom burger is my favorite burger. This is a recommended hamburger shop that I go to eat at every time I come to Hawaii.

Located in the food court at Ala Moana Center. I got a cheeseburger. The meat had a strong flavor and was delicious. The store staff also responded with a smile.

Food took forever to be ready and food was terrible! Plain fries had no potato in them but were like chips. Slider had a patty the size of a nickel. After 30 min of ordering food the person that took our order was then in the kitchen. Will never return

I had ordered a double cheeseburger and it turned out to be a lot bigger than I had expected, which I was barely able to finish. You can cut it into 2 pieces and serve it as 2 meals. It tasted very good also. The meat was very juicy. I definitely recommend this place.

Tasty food, slow service at lunchtime, but the staff were friendly and we enjoyed the food.

This was my 2nd visit here- guy kept shouting out different orders, none of them mine, but yet I saw the person who ordered in front of me, was already eating! When I checked, he told us that it wasn’t our order. Then, burger was BLAND. No salt, no taste, yuck. The bun was cold as ice and I felt like I was eating two temperatures- cold buns, warm beef, cold veggies. What a disappointing visit. I somehow convinced my husband that they had great reviews and that it was probably very good- must have been the cook of the day who didn’t know what he was doing.

We ate at the Ala Moana food court. A friend recommended it to me and I ate it, and it was delicious!

We always like the flavor of their certified Angus beef hamburgers, and hope that this someday translates into having an outlet in Southern California

Friendly service, but if I knew the size of the chicken and avocado on the chicken avo swiss, I would have skipped it. Half the burger was just bun and loads of mayo. The fries are great! I'd get the fries again, but I don't think I'll be back. I expected more for the price.

So they close supposedly at 8, and yet when you show up at 7: 40, they say they’re closed… so what’s the point of stating your operating hours are what they are?

Excellent service the cashier was super friendly and patient answering our questions. The food was fresh and made exactly to order. We visted on vacation and look forward to eating at Mahaloha Burger again soon.

I waited at least 30 min for my burger when there was no line at the store. First they forgot my order, then after checking in with them after 20 min they promised it will be quick, and then it’s another 20 min of wait. Almost missed my flight.

For a to-go establishment this food is top tier. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. I was surprised how flavorful the burger was and the fries were great as well. Draft beer to go along with it was great as well.

I ate it without reading any reviews or having any expectations and it was so delicious!
I haven't had much delicious food on Oahu, but the last two times were delicious

Pre-PARE to not be able to put down the Teriyaki Burger down once you start mowing on it. Juicy and saucy, just how I like em. Nice work!
