I have had nothing but great experiences over many years with Marie Hansen Properties managing two of my investment condos. Sherie has been brilliant at my Makiki place, and Hebron has done wonders with my Aiea rental. They get excellent tenants and best of all, give me utter peace of mind by taking care of any repairs that come up. This is a huge help on weekends or at night because I don't have to take any calls. They've even gotten them reimbursed in certain cases by the building, so I saw a zero invoice for a plumbing repair one time-amazing! It’s a peaceful place and area but we’re waiting to have things to be fix that suppose to be fix by the time we move in which it hasn’t and we’re waiting for the maintenance guy to finish it up. Our landlord is always on top of things and try to get it done as soon as possible

I have been a very satisfied client of Marie Hansen Property Management for over 20 years while I have been overseas. They have managed my property with much care as if it were their own property. I was always informed of any issues with the property on a timely basis. Repairs, if needed, were always handled in a very professional manner with the best contractors at a most reasonable cost. I can't think of any problems that were ever left unresolved.
Additionally, their due diligence of prospective renters were exceptional and professionally handled.
