Sales agent was very polite and able to help me immediately. Product I wanted was available at the warehouse and I can pick up on Friday. Took me all of 10 minutes to complete my purchase. This is why I use Mattress Firm Maui.

Most items are in stock so delivery is just a couple days away. They also have a price guarantee for 120 days.
