Impossible to find non-reserved parking as they have a very limited guest parking - most parking spots are reserved by the residents, so you have to call security for them to show you where it's ok to park on the reserved spots. Room key got demagnetized every single time we left the room, even thought we didn't put it in the wallet or next to other electronic devices as it was mentioned upon checking in. $150 cleaning fee for a one bedroom - might be normal, but it was not mentioned when booking, and most importantly - there was no room service during the stay.
The location is nice though - walking distance to the beach.

Very nice rooms, clean, quiet place and really very well located near the beach and restaurants, central place to visit the island. A little lacking in parking but we can get by without too much problem. Very good management service in case of problems.

The apartment is perfect for a holiday, well equipped kitchen washer and dryer. Close to the sea and useful services

The location is fantastic. However, my room was hot, crawling with bugs, and not very comfortable. The units are owned by individuals so you are at the mercy of how well they take care of their unit. The fees are astronomical for what you get.

DON'T DO IT... We left at 9: 01am after one bad night in a shoe box. No bedding, no help, gas powered AC, the bare basics. We had to pay an extra $325 to get paroled. Went to the Maui Coast and had a wonderful vacation, saved for only a little extra cost. At least they let us leave, bet we weren't the first. No thanks, don't do it. Nice place of condo-kinda units right across from a beautiful beach in Kihei. Small but Clean with everything a couple could want. Didn't rate the service as we won't see it while we are here

The rooms are very spacious, the hotel is practically across the street from the beach. This little beach is ideal for families with small children. The sunset views couldn't be better
