Maui Beach Vacation Club, Kihei HI

Stayed here a week and booked this through our time share.
We did a one bedroom condo that had plenty of room to sleep 4 with the pull out couch.
Kitchen area was a bit small but they also had a dining table which made it nice.

*Washer and dryer in unit.
Ask the front desk to borrow chairs and boogie boards.they don't charge you.

You are right across the street from the beach but I would suggest going to other beaches with less rocks.
Pool area was nice and well kept.

It gets really windy in the afternoon evening so just be aware.
No A/C in units, but they do have fans.

Rooms spacious, with tropical vibe, no air conditioning but didn't need with constant ocean breeze coming in from balcony, easy to get to many places only 15.in from airport

Been staying here for over 20 years. The place has updated furniture, cabinets, carpeting and appliances. Right across from the beach.

We’re there a while ago, and it was very nice. Very simple apartment with all we needed, and a cozy environment and swimming pools. We came while there was a storm and it was definitely difficult to get anywhere else without a car. However, when the storm was over we enjoyed a good week of exploring Maui?

Fantastic resort property with all of the amenities you can imagine along with excellent service! Highly recommended resort to stay at while in Maui! Aloha!

I would compare Maui Beach Vacation Club to a cheap motel. Think Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. Don't get me wrong I've stayed in both but I knew what I was getting into. This was a time share vacation exchange so I expected the top shelf accommodations I'm used to at my time share. This place is old, smelly and in desperate need of renovations, remodel and repairs. Old smelly carpets and furniture, rusty windows, fittings and fixtures. Tired landscaping and pool/spa area. The best thing I can say is, it was centrally located to all attractions. This is not the type of place you'd like if you enjoy luxury vacationing

Everything was really nice except the service. We made it through & enjoyed our time but when we called for towels, hours later they hadn't shown so we went to the office & found out they just received their shipment of clean towels & we got our fresh towels within the hour. They never came to pick up our dirty towels so we had a pile of wet towels in our room for a week! Not sure of their process with that. We didn't put up "do not disturb" so idk why they never came. We were never in the room because duh, it's Maui! We left early came back late to dirty towels by our door.
There were security guards. Pool/spa is locked at all times. Open with room key card.
Pool went to 8 ft deep!
Washer & dryer in unit. Dishwasher, blow dryer, broom & dust pan, TV, iron & board, table 4 chairs, coffee tables, couch (with bed) & 1 spiny chair. Patio had a table & 2 chairs.
I loved the room. The layout was nice. I slept in the living room but the bedroom had a king-size bed. Huge closet & a dresser. Sleeps 4 adults.
The pool had a chair to lower persons with limited mobility, down into the pool & spa.

Didn't stay there, just visited. Amazing location. Saw turtles on the rocks on the beach in front of the hotel.

Pros: clean, spacious, well equipped, beach is across the street and a few minutes from the main drag

Cons: Everything is loud. The ceiling fans (no ac) rattle, theres constantly garbage trucks and delivery vehicles that are loud enough to hear through noise cancelling headphones, birds chirping 24/7 and the washer/dryer sounds like it will explode. Parking spots are very small for larger vehicles.

Overall still a nice place to stay just bring earplugs

We loved our stay here! Gorgeous views of both the oceans and mountains, as well as a beautifully landscaped pool area. Very nice decor inside, nice appliances, comfortable bed and great fans and windows to always feel the breeze!

Enjoyed everything about this vacation club. Beautiful rooms with lovely decor and fantastic landscaping. Staff is friendly and make sure that guests are comfortable. My go to spot for Maui!

Amazing place to stay! Wife and I came here for our honeymoon! Will note that rooms are not air conditioned. Was surprised to find that we were just fine with the ocean breeze.

Really awesome place, rooms come with a full kitchen. Pool was great and has a nice water slide. It's right across the street from the beach.

For affordable lodging in Maui which doesn't really exist much this place is located perfectly. And Hawaii is all about location

Awesome staff, and very nice facility. Across the street from the beach, which is perfect for walking and enjoying the view. The pool area is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are very clean. We have stayed here every year for many years and love it. It's not "high class", but a great value for what you get. Get a high floor for a great view of the ocean. No A/C, but the ocean breeze helps keep you cool.

Very close too beach across the street nice very well kept and clean swimming pool and hot tub!
