This is the perfect studio for anyone who is contemplating trying pilates! Or and the instructors are all so supportive and welcoming. I love how in tune they are with remembering everyone’s problematic areas. I suffer from scoliosis and lower back pain and they are always checking in with me to make sure I’m ok. I started Pilates 4 years ago with Maui Pilates Studio! Or (owner/teacher) along with the rest of the staff goes beyond making the exercises and experience always evolving! I highly recommend everyone to be a part of our Ohana!

I have been taking classes at Maui Pilates Studio for about 6 months; pilates strengthens and stabilizes me in a uniform manner which helps prevent injuries from other activities. It is an excellent overall workout. The teachers here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Even the group classes are small enough that everyone receives plenty of individual instruction. The atmosphere at the studio is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

THIS YEAR MARKS MY 3RD YEAR DOING PILATES AT MAUI PILATES STUDIO. THIS PAST YEAR I HAVE LOST 10 LBS. AND 2 INCHES OFF OF MY WAIST LINE. HAD A COMPLETE KNEE REPLACEMENT AND WITH THE HELP OF OR, DOING SEVERAL PRIVATE LESSONS I AM NOW BACK TO MY REGULAR PILATES CLASSES. DON'T THINK ABOUT IT ANY LONGER GIVE PILATES A TRY. ALTA

Or is by far one of the best instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel lucky to have found him. His skill, and intuitive nature set him apart from other Pilates instructors I, ve seen in the past. If you have the opportunity to book sessions with him I would highly recommend doing so. I wish I could bring him home to be my full time instructor. I feel like I could go on for paragraphs but will save everyone time by saying - GO SEE OR!

I've thoroughly enjoyed every single class (even the hard ones LOL) I so appreciate Or's guidance and encouragement… at first I was a bit nervous about my abilities and keeping up with the class but now I realize it's about the individual doing the best they can for themselves so basically no pressure.

I experienced lower back pain and poor posture from prolonged computer work. I started seeing Or and engaging in Pilates. Or makes the classes enjoyable, creating a comfortable environment for clients. After a few sessions, I am pleased to report that I am nearly pain-free. What a pleasure to be able to continue my pilates practice while on a long holiday in Maui. The teachers are warm, attentive and professional. Despite being new to the class I immediately felt included and that my individual needs were being met. They also have top notch equipment in their bright cheery studio. My husband and I enjoy classes at this studio so much that the last time we renewed our memberships we added another weekly class. Or and Kellie have helped us both to expand our knowledge and gain even more stability in challenging and fun classes. We highly recommend this welcoming Pilates studio.

Maui Pilates Studio caters to all ages and as a young person attending classes there I can attest to their ability to provide for my needs in classes of mixed ages and abilities. I attend regularly and with the patience and dedication of the teachers there I have felt my flexibility, strength and posture improving significantly. I strongly recommend this studio whether you are in your twenties like me or for older people looking to work on their bodies. A bonus is the camaraderie at the studio and bonds that are created. It is a work out, a chance to meet people and, having attended a few pilates studio’s in Maui, I can also say is the best one here.

I am a person who has recovered from two brutal falls and who has worked diligently to lose a good amount of weight. My next step in my journey to health, balance and strength is working on my fitness. As a calm and steady person I have had trouble finding a place (and person) who fits my needs and temperament. One that I would be able to trust and who could steadily coach me to my next level. I have found that place and that coach. The low impact training of Maui Pilates Studio has inspired me to be disciplined and enthusiastic about working toward my goals. I am making progress and putting in the effort joyfully.
