Maui Soft Cloth Car Wash (Formerly Hashi Car Wash)

Hashi Car Wash. I can remember coming here since I was 6 years old, I’m 27 now. This is THE ONLY HAND WASH FIRST, Mechanically clean after. Very Great for all types of cars, trucks (certain high), and vans. Owners have been Kind Always. They have variety’s of cleaning products and QUARTERS for Vacuum station. If you got I little hanger on your vehicle, they’ll fix that right up with a little tape that will not damage your car while washing. They are very mindful of everyone here. It may look abandoned but ITS NOT. They just do a very Good job. If there is a line, I recommend waiting:)

I bring my vehicle to wash from Makawao.
This morning I brought my car down, and while pressure washing, my driver's side mirror blew off and onto the floor.
The young man was very apologetic, and another assisted in taping it on until I got through the wash and could speak with someone in the front.
I was a little upset of course.
After I finished I went to the front and spoke with Keith S. He was very professional and took the time to personally fix my mirror and pop it back on for me.
I didnt get the other young man's name.but as upset as I was, I am thoroughly satisfied with their services and professionalism today. Still the best carwash on Maui!

The owners were very Rude to a lady that came out of car wash that seemed like it hadn't gotten washed good. They shouldve just apologized to her since she showed them all the dirt coming off from all over.
My car also wasn't really as clean as usually is but didn't bother saying anything. Looking back I should have. Never giving them my business again after seeing the way they handled the situation. SHAME ON YOU MR. HASHI.
