7Horrible service they never answer the phones and when you go to schedule a maintenance appointment that you have to walk into Maui Toyota to do you’ll have an appointment 1-2 months out.
Tim my man I just want my spare key you promised me you had. Lol I'm still waiting. Stop the excuses and stop lying telling me you were trying to get ahold of valley isle locks to get them to replace my key waited for an hour half then called valley isle asking if you had called all morning like you said or were gonna call them and call me right back bradda man you gotta get your story correct "you had the key, then you misplaced the key, then the 1st owner ended up never giving u a pair and it was his fault he lost it before trading in, " then you tell me you'll take care of the situation and compensate me but you keep blowing me off every hour I check in to see what would be the resolution to this mishap
Went in for info and was warmly greeted and taken to see the cars we asked about. No hard sell very plesant.
Peter the service manager seems like a nice guy and was very pleasant and honest in person, but No one EVER answers the phone! Literally call anytime of day morning to evening it just rings and goes to voicemail only way i could find out what was going on with my vehicle was to go into the office in person!
Had a great experience! I waited about 2 weeks for my car to arrive, it was actually spoken for already but the original buyer canceled - so I lucked out!
I filled out my credit app online and when they called me to sign everything and take delivery that same day - the process took no more than 30 minutes.

Been here twice, both times the guys working the counter were unhelpful, rude and mocking (in a way i think they wouldn’t have been if i wasn’t white or if i sounded more local). Go somewhere else if can.
