Maui Tropical Plantation reviews
14This was a nice place to visit with the family and walk around. There’s a lot to look at for kids and adults alike, even without paying for anything. Ducks of course are a big hit for the young ones. I really enjoyed all of the repurposed mill machinery that was integrated into the grounds. Visit in the morning for cooler temperatures as there’s not a ton of shade between buildings.
Nice little tram. Quite informational. Very family friendly. The 15 month old baby was able to stay on the team for the 40 mins. One stop in the middle with coconut demo. The plantation itself is also pretty and have pond, ducks and beautiful landscape.
The staff was very courteous, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time on the plantation tram tour. The plantation was beautiful. The on-site cafe was wonderful too; open air and the food was fantastic! We will definitely come agai, especially to try one of the Zipline attractions.
Family did the Zipline. Fun! 5 stations.great landscaping. Zip guides were thorough in explaining safety procedures and reassuring, not to mention funny! Lots of ducks who are immune to visitors and cute.
Good tram ride through the plantation. Very kid friendly
Lunch was delicious for all our party of 11
Peaceful, they had a great breakfast of eggs purple sweet potatoes bacon and sausage. The country store has fresh and cheaper fruit and veggies.
Not really worth visiting the little tour it’s expensive and you don’t see much.
The coconut show was fun learn a lot and the lady was super nice
Such a beautiful location and free to walk around the property. We did the Plantation tour and had lunch in the restaurant afterwards
Perfect family stop in central Maui. Little kid friendly, reasonable price for the tour and decent shopping for souvenirs.
This plantation was more like a small garden giving samples of each plant, it just went around the place on a bus, if you have kids you should be fine since it’s small but otherwise no, don’t waste your money since it is pricey for what you get
We stopped here on last day of trip before boarding the plane back…the place is nice…kids were able to run around and enjoy…food was good too…
You can see how natural farming on Maui was and is still in use today. There's a fresh market for fruits & veggies, a wide array of plants to view, ducks and fish to feed, a guided tour, restaurant, and a Zipline view of the farm
Awesome experience. The restaurant was booked, so we did the cafe for coffee & ice cream. (Yum) Our Son did the zip-line (an on site vendor) Dad was too heavy: - (. Ram Tour was very informative with local flora & fauna. Great family run business
Gorgeous and relaxing place! Great lunch at Cafe au Lei. Delectable goodies at the Market!
