McDonald's, Honolulu HI

Easy order, easy eat, easy go.

If I have to be specific, this place seems to have the same hardworking team, for as long as I can remember. Same faces, same service- no problems.the cashier let my friend take his time counting out his change after he had a stroke. Again, I notice for a McDonald's that the people serving you, can keep up with the demand and are competent when it comes to quick problem solving and making the customer feel happy.

Went to 2 different McDonald’s tonight in the same 5 min area and both said I could not get my food unless I was in a vehicle even tho the app does not say drive thru or curbside only (both said 24/7). Both orders were paid for and still could not get my food. 1 star for not updating or for going against franchise rules.

The teriyaki burger is mediocre. I definitely thought the picture on the menu proved false advertising. The burger was basically a quarter pounder dressed up with a dollop of teriyaki sauce. Good thing I ordered the 20 piece chicken nuggets, which definitely saved the day! You can't go wrong with McDonald's infamous Big Mac and fries!

Fries were stale, but it was like 1: 30 in the morning, but still, come on folks, put us some fries in the hot grease already

We wish they would open the dining in area completely. It's a very crowded places and it turn out that most of the customers take their out or try to find a table outside. We also wish that we were able to get a refills before heading back to the office. We also noticed that the shakes/ice cream machines is not always working. Lately it been hot (weather) and looking for something cool.

They were fast, the made my special request orders correct, they were friendly, the place was clean. I would go here again when I'm hungry and can't figure out what to cook or am in a rush.

It's a McDonald's as you would expect. Typical service of an edgy teenager. And a high strung manager that's under the impression their the cool boss.

They have haupia pies (coconut cream) and spam plates! I'm not typically a huge fan of McD's but to say we've been there a few times this trip is an understatement! Sorry no photos this time.maybe next visit!

This place is the place where always go at late at night for pay something to eat and enjoy. I love McDonald's, thank you so much.

Food was great but the works where rude and yelled at me about the door that was broken as I left. I didn't break the door it was broken before I got there. The store being in disrepair has nothing to do with customers.

What is there to say? Just have to watch it for the random homeless people in the area at this McDonald's. Don't give them money, I only ever offer food to homeless people. You'd be surprised at how many turn food down.

L couldn't believe my eyes, my best friend who's blind was witness to a "counter from hell" at Keeaumoku McDonald's when the Asian cashier (l prefer Asians as good in business) had a snit fit about my famished blind Arizona Memorial shop owner standing with me eating his first meal of the day. We "descended outside in the sun complete with HOBOS" during Tier 3 and he had to stand next to a peed on tree to eat.l SHOULD rate this place -2!

I do love McDonald's k but I bought the jeck one but the drink it was good I will try go again ok to buy a deficit oneces ok no worries McDonald's was soo of good ok because I alway buy a batter onece hamburger I buy that but the new chicken sandwich I dont care of this one ok but I bought a drink ok like I say no worries I go back there to get a batter oneces ok thank you buy ok.

Was gonna leave a 5 star review till a bug started crawling on my food two bites into my meal probably flew in from the doors being opened and closed but nonetheless not a good experience. I did like that they had the skip the line kiosk so I had plenty of time to look through the menu and figure out what I wanted.

It be careful with put here at Honolulu hawaii because there is a homeless out there like money from you there in Honolulu right in a cross from Walmart store at the ala moana center there that area there ok be careful ok with the homeland people there they some of them make trouble and like your money too soo be careful with people like they you going to have to get men to be side u ok no worries ok just call the police department there will help u with that ok sometime dont dose that sometime do that ok.when you come here in Hawaii ok soo be sured to call in when this happened here ok no worries ok call in to for they can check in out there in that area ok to be normal out there ok. Anyone ever noticed rhe owl on the top of McDonald's Buildings? Never noticed this until last week. I thought it was real, but nope.

I'm not "Lovin' it". Drive thru is usually busy and not much room for the two lanes.

Last time the fries were kinda sad, oily and lukewarm. I went back in to politely ask for fresh fries and when I got them, they were still oily but a hotter temperature. I ended up tossing them.

Today I walked in and it's still confusing in there. Not very friendly, people standing all around in the cramped space. I only ordered a soda and was waiting a while. Then an employee said I was to pick it up at the inactive self serve soda area that has an employee standing there. I wish they told me sooner!

Anyway. I should have gone to Jack's lol.

This location is very helpful. I often do a lunch pick-up for my work and have multiple orders to pay for separately. They are always super helpful and accommodating. Thank you guys!

I'm not a big fan of MC and I was only there because of my fiance' going to get a quick, cheap meal. I honestly am not the person who can or will ever speak highly of McDonald's for I worked for them as my first job back in West Virginia and I didn't appreciate how I was treated by other staff and I have never experienced a sense of kindness, being appreciated by those serving me, or true, all natural expressions of being a positive worker.

My food was cold cancel my order was incorrect honestly I didn't want to have to go back to reorder because I wasn't sure about the food especially on the reorder I most likely will not return at this McDonald's I will drive a little further to another.
