McDonald's, Honolulu HI

My food is always trash during the lunch time. However, the late night crew is on point. Everything is fresh and is made with quality in mind. I only rely on food after 10pm from here.

Not the best mcdonalds, not the worst either.
Pros: Theres not a lot of homeless that are around or even enter.
Decent amount of staff around never short handed
Public bathrooms, they keep it somewhat clean. Can expect tissues around.
Tables are clean.

Cons: Does get VERY busy on the weekdays in the afternoon and to being around multiple Highschools and Middle Schools.
Very limited seating
One cashier
Not a lot of space to move around.
Line can go outside.

Drive thru order. 7Am. 3 Local Deluxe. Went home to open 3 Spam Breakfast plates. At home already to go back to Mcdonalds. Attempt to call mcdonalds to no Avail! “Please input your remote access code”

Normally theres no problem with these orders but.not today unfortunately. Called like 6 times all with the recorder.

What a Sunday morning

Came at the last minute with my son and was greeted with smiles and fantastic attitudes. Glad we came in. Service was superb, food was hot, even my son said it was perfect! Thank you to all those employees working that night shift.

Mobile take-out ordering is great! Park, let them know your stall number & order is brought out to your car within minutes!

And that's the woman who works at the drive-through window all the time is awesome.

I don't know her name, but she always says "hello my friend" and recognizes me when I go through the drive through.

The slowest drive through you'll ever go through, at least you'll get your nuggets 30 minutes later though

I ordered breakfast this morning. I drove from Mililani to drop my daughter at school. Ran to this McDonald's for breakfast. I ordered an Egg Mcmuffin with egg and cheese no ham as well as 2 hash browns and 1 hotcake. The Egg Mcmuffin was just and English muffin. Nothing on it. I was missing the 2 hash Browns. I called the manager and she told me it's my own fault. I didn't order what I asked for. That I should have asked for an egg mcmuffin not in English muffin even though I said an English muffin with cheese and egg and no ham on it. Ohhh by the way, its even wrapped in an English muffin wrapper! I asked the manager for her name. She refused to give it to me and hung up on me 2 times. Really great service. Not even offering to come back and make it right! Nothing! I believe she took the order as well thats why she would not give me her name. Absolutely pathetic for a manager! Shouldn't be a manager! Should be fired

Fast and convenient location.staff is helpful, and the new remodel looks great. One downside is the drive thru, which blocks the regular parking stalls on both sides. I generally park in the covered area farther away and walk inside to avoid getting stuck trying to get out of the one-way exit. Food is consistent with what you would expect from a McDonald's. This location is super busy because it is in a busy shopping complex. We come here sometimes to find Happy Meal toys other locations may have run out of. Will be back here again.

Just spent $30 and requested a straw with my smoothie. Now I have a smoothie without a straw. I guess I asked for too much. Since I asked for too much, I'll withdraw further orders from this location as I don't want to bother the employees.

I asked for new fresh fries with my order and they still gave me old stale fries the second time, from the manager herself! We really need to ween our kids off this garbage restaurant!

Went to the drive thru made us wait for 10 mins so the ice cream that we order was melting then we called the store to let them know that we are still waiting manager hang up the phone because she dont feel like answering it so we called back 2nd time and told them that we are waiting apparently a different manager answer the phone she apologized after we told her that the other manager didn't feel like answering the phone. I know how it feels I worked at McDonald's as a manager but I never hang up when customer calls. I just find it very rude.

I always get my original order and also, Theres something about the diet coke there which I like very much.

Tried to call and ask if they have milk shakes. (Most of the time machine is broken). 1st call, They said hello then hung up. 2nd call, I asked if they have milk shakes tonight. Worker said "we dont sell mochi" and hung up on me. 3rd call, worker picked up phone and left it off the hook so I can hear the workers. Going to Wendy's.

There is no public restroom except for white people. An Asian middle aged woman was a cashier at around 3: 00 pm today. She answered the restroom door was locked when I asked to open it. I asked her if there is no public restroom and then she answered no public. But when an old white woman asked her to open, she opened the door with a key right away. There is no sign representing no public. I'm a Korean. I didn't know if she did it because I was not a white person. I was angry but she was busy doing her job so I didn't complain about that. This store needs the sign that shows no public restroom or displaying and managing keys like other stores.

Get a craving for mcdoubles and fries, not much to replace it with. App saves money and time

Isn't a 24 hour McDonald's anymore! And the ice cream machine is still broken! Drive thru screen had been broken for years now!

Worst McDonald's still. Still bad service and still with the load of rats around. I hope whomever runs this franchise sees these reviews and do something about their service. ‍️ Your workers are very rude.
