McDonald's, Makawao HI

Staff was rude and not very friendly. Asked for ice tea refill and was told they don't do refills at this location. Been all over the world and never been told no refills on tea.

Another Mcdonalds, similar menu to whats expected and food is well McDonald's.take it for what it is it's fast in and out.
Expensive for what you get

Awful customer service. Paid for two 10 piece nuggets, they only gave me one, which I didn’t notice till I was home. The following day when I returned they refused to make it right (even after speaking with a supervisor) as I did not have my receipt. That was last week. Today I went in to place an order and although staff continually made eye contact with me Nobody took my order for over 7 minutes. When I finally asked what was going on, someone came over to take my order. This destination needs new management.

Very friendly staff who informed me of the McDonald's app in which you can get discounts. Great customer service.

Went to the drive through. Service was good didn't have to wait long.people was friendly.

What can you say it's McDonald's loans however I can drive-through with my trailer

The McDonald's staff does a great handling the drive-thru and customers who come in. Ever notice how busy everyone is? Please keep that in mind the next time you think your order is taking too long.

Fast service, seemed pretty clean, friendly enough staff, but I think I might have gotten some mild food poisoning from my McMuffin although that could also be because I never eat macdonalds anymore. Definitely convenient If you need cheap food and quick.

The food here is good. Consistent with all the other McDonald's. Sometimes the iced coffee is too sweet but it's only $1 with the app so it's alright. I stopped doing drive thru cuz get one mean lady all the time. I do curbside. All the other staff is nice.

Order was messed few times for all of us. We wanted without meat for us. But every time it was messed.

Food is terrible, fries were burnt and way too salty, and I think they use the small chicken patties from the value menu for their premium sandwiches, I would not recommend going there

I just picked a lunch there, find out later they didn't even put a ketchup in the bag. What's going on with today services? !

Great service and fast, we where on our way down from Haleakala and yes there where two restaurants prior to this one but it was closed when we stopped by and we where starving so we hit up McDonald’s. Had their local breakfast and the rice portion was huge, and so was their eggs. I have no complaints except my siblings didn’t like the Portuguese sausage said it was really salty and they eat salty so thats says a lot

Order is wrong almost every time I go here. After ordering im asked to park out front for my order. The pukalani location only has 7 parking stalls and the drive thru line blocks the stalls. I often am forced to park one the street and walk into the store to get my food. So much for limiting person to person contact since its so tight inside people cannot properly social distance.

Made a mobile order at 10: 15 for breakfast, waited in the mobile order pick up stall til 11am, went inside and they said they didn't see my online order, so they made it, no one said sorry, manger walked away as if I was ruining her day and complaining for no reason. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I left. I called to speak to the manger, she offered me a refund and told me it would take up to 2 weeks for my refund to be deposited back into my account. 2 Weeks and 2 Days Later, Of Course. No Refund. So I called back to ask about my refund, spoke to another manager and she says, she had no idea wat I was talking about, if I need a refund I need a driver's licence, address, card info, receipt, etc.

I do doordash and always get orders from them. They are fast at making their orders and very kind. Keep up the good work!

They were able to get me a deluxe chicken sandwich with my app. Deal even if it only said a regular chicken sandwich?
