Jalen made my suit shopping experience smooth and painless. Professional worker I highly recommend this location and Jalen is the man!

Staff are pretty helpful finding a suit. Though it might have been busy and took about fifteen minutes before someone helped me. There was a bunch of suits on clearance so it helped my budget and overall was a positive experience.

Tonight we walked in to have been blessed with a very courteous representative. His name is Skye and he has great customer service skills. He was extremely patient, kind and helpful. Thank you Skye!

By pure luck, Chuck became our go-to guy for suit and tux rentals, and boy, were we grateful! He went above and beyond for my fiancé and our wedding party.

When we had a mix-up with the tux colors, Chuck handled it with ease and no fuss. He was incredibly helpful and didn't hesitate to make things right. Plus, he was so friendly and engaging with our family, making everyone feel welcome.

Even when we couldn't be there, Chuck stepped in and helped other members of our wedding party find their suits on separate days. Talk about going the extra mile!

Regrettably, I had the opportunity to visit the store when Chuck was not working, and I had a less-than-pleasant encounter with one of the employees. This particular employee seemed visibly frustrated and made it apparent through eye-rolling and deep sighs. The stark contrast between this experience and the exceptional service provided by Chuck only reinforced how exceptional his level of service truly is.

I can't recommend Chuck enough. His professionalism, problem-solving skills, and genuine care for his customers are unmatched. If you want a fantastic suit and tux rental experience, Chuck is your guy!

Had to rent a tuxedo for a daddy/daughter dance with my 4 yr old. The initial visit was pretty vanilla with choosing the tux and getting measurements but the second visit for fitting was outstanding, Carissa was pleasant, professional and personal. She sized up the garments and informed me that she'd have it ready 4 days before my event for pick up. She even showed me how to use their queue system. Carissa is a professional, highly recommended.

I went to buy my first suit today after finding nothing at random clothing stores. I, admittedly, was nervous about coming in because I have generally been dismissed in men’s clothing stores. So I was incredibly nervous. I’m glad those nerves were for nothing! I worked with Rylee, and god that woman is a gem. She asked what I was thinking and ran with it. She put together a gorgeous outfit that I feel amazing in. I’ve never felt comfortable in dress clothes, but she gave me that for the first time. She is professional and kind and made me feel so comfortable. I know people say this a lot, but Rylee truly deserves a raise. She is one in a million. If I ever need another suit I’m coming here and praying to God that Rylee is there. 100/10 recommend!

Greeted us as soon as we walked in and immediately helpful. My husband is an unusual pants size and they had several choices available. Found the perfect fit without any extra tailoring. Easy free parking in a garage around the corner.

Chuck was the best.bro, if you reading this, I want to thank you for helping my little brother and his friends from the Samoan Gala that they want everyone to be in formal dress. That was the first time my little brother ever got a new suit. I was willing to pay to make him feel good and he did. He will never forget the experience and the suit, shoes, purple shirt and tie. Thank you for the clothing and most important the experience. You made it fund and enjoyable. The pic below is how handsome he looked at the night of the Gala. Mahalo.

Great service, nice selection, but not many pops of color. All work and no play type of suits, especially for it's price.

Great atmosphere, was easy getting the suit I wanted to rent. The only thing is when I called them someone picked up and I asked for an update on my suit and they told me to stay on the line. I stayed on the line for 15-20 minutes and they never came back. I called again two more times and no one picked up. Hoping to get a update soon by them.

Marina was so helpful she got us in-and-out quick and knew her job well. The Calvin Klein slim fit tuxedo was a perfect fit for our wedding! My husband looked so amazing, can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

Poor customer service, the employees were acting weird and strange, and some acted like fags, could easily go on the internet and find cheaper and quality products than waste time and money at this meaningless store. Hope I saved you some money!

Aloha; been about 15 years since my last need for a suit, and I would like to thank the staff at this location so very much with all they did for me. I can't wait to go back and get another suit. Thank you so much.

Over priced suits that are low-quality, have stains, and seem to be defected. There are much better outlet stores than this one, the employees were acting creepy, which gave the store an unsettling atmosphere, I do not recommend going here for there are many other outlet stores that have higher quality products and better customer service as well. Hope this review helps others avoid this terrible outlet store.

This posting is long overdue, my apologies to the team! I want to thanks Carisa for for amazing customer service; she was patient. I was a groomsman helping my brother in law find a suit. My BIL knew he wanted a certain color but style was not clear. I sent him down ahead of time to search and Carisa was just great at helping him. After he picked the suit it was like bearding cats to get us all down there at the same time. When we got there Carisa was ready to help us with the fitting. She made sure we looked great for his wedding. I suggest you ask for her!

Went in to return a few items that didn’t fit me correctly. A “manager” denied my return. I told her the store policy was within 90days and receipt if I wasn’t satisfied I could make a return. She told me she didn’t care and that she’s a manager and she isn’t taking my return. On the phone with customer service to make the return now. What a joke. I highly recommend taking your business else where.

Inattentive and not helpful. Had my changing booth re-appropriated while looking for sizes. Thinking about cancelling my membership.
