Find someone else on the island. Gabby from the service department and this business are shady. She has twice told me to bring in the vehicle for service when they open and pick it up at close of business. Clearly they work on it when they can get to it, so it’s not an appointment. And they damaged my vehicle during the last appointment, but they don’t want to fix it. Terrible service here. Please be aware of what’s awaiting you if you deal with this business.

I can’t say enough about the experiences that we keep having with Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu. This time around Karlson Keliikipi was our sales person. He provided us with exemplary service!
When it was our time to deal with the finance department, Misty Huihui also displayed the same kind of exemplary professionalism. We have never received anything less from Mercedes Benz of Honolulu. This is our third Mercedes, in six years and we plan for more, because we have found that Mercedes Benz of Honolulu really does treat you like family, like a VIP, it’s the way they treat everyone!
Thank you Karlson ‘Kui’, and Misty we really appreciate everything that you have done for us here at Voicemaster Enterprises. Mahalo!

Customer service excellent as was service of our vehicle. Customer lounge area very comfortable with complimentary beverages and pastries. Nice display of Mercedes Benz Logo items.

I got approved for financing and next day when I came financial advisor changed his mind so unprofessional. Don't waste your time do your buisness somewhere else, there is Lexus and BMW dealers nearby.

Lies to get us to purchase maintenance package. About a year ago we leased a 3rd car and Dean financial advisor strongly hustled for us to get the maintenance package. We told him we didn’t need it, as we didn’t have it before.
Dean had access to client purchase history yet he told us why not add it on as we had it last year. It was so obvious he was trying to make a sale or something and had no cares of how it would make us feel. I was like are you kidding me we had it last year and when I called every time for a car issue with service they said it wasn’t covered. He then blames the service people for not seeing our package in the file. Lies and lies to get us to sign up for the maintenance package. Unprofessional, unethical and in the end you can tell he would go to extremes even lie to get us to sign up for the maintenance package. On top of it all, he was looking at his computer telling us he sees the “maintenance package we purchased from the prior year”… when we told him we didn’t want to go with the package and had no idea we had the package form the prior year, his nice demeanor changed immediately. Showed no respect or customer service… in the end we found out we didn’t have the maintenance package he “said” we did purchase from the prior year, as I thought. Manipulative and dishonest.

Contacted the dealership on a Saturday to set up an appointment to take a look at a couple of their vehicles. Quang the manager introduced me to Kui who created great value by being upfront with me about a number of vehicles that I was looking at, both new and used, and some of which were not being sold at Benz of Honolulu.

He and his management team worked with me efficiently and got me into a vehicle that I love. Additionally we were able to after the sale get a bunch of free goodies from the benz boutique and he got a trickle charger set up for me.

I've bought over a dozen cars in my life including Maserati, Porsche and Range Rover. My first Mercedes and Kui and the team did an amazing job making the experience a good one.

Thank you to Kwon and Brad who made our car buying experience here amazing! We live out of State and were looking for a car for our 19 year old son who moved to Hawaii. They were able to assist us virtually and embraced our friend who came to test drive it for us. The transaction was seamless and we felt completely at ease with their professionalism and honesty. When we picked up the car everything was organized and easy for us to sign off on. As we drove away my son said "If only everything in life could be this easy! " Thank you so much for a wonderful transaction. We will highly recommend you to others and be back for his next car purchase!

The only flagship full service store on the island that does it all including repairs.
Make sure you get a second opinion if your repair estimate requires large expenses, they're a few other places who specialize in MB vehicles.
If your car is still under warranty you want to stay right here.

By far the worst car buying experience I’ve had.

Purchased a Certificated Pre Owned GLA250, had it for 2 days before I had a check engine service light come on, they sold me a car with the control module broken. It took 4 weeks to get the car back, on top of this when buying the car I was shown a fleet of loaner cars to be used whenever you have service issues. They offered to “shuttle” me home without even offering a loaner car - they asked me if I had another car literally the same week I bought that GLA250 from them. The salesman had to hide the fact we got a loaner car from
The service department.

They took nothing off sticker price, and couldn’t do anything about the interest rate - and insisted that the sales tax/registrations be put on the car loan.

I’m so glad I brought it to a third party to have it checked where they discovered the control module wasn’t working correctly. Their service department is one is the busiest I’ve ever seen which doesn’t seem like a good thing.

The offered to pay my first month for literally not even having the vehicle in our possession after putting down 10k with 800 credit scores. Then they didn’t do it lol, just a lot of disappointment and basically lies from Mercedes, if it was CPO vehicle - they wouldn’t have sold me a car with a $2100 problem. If they have loaners, why did the salesman take me down the street and then hop out as if he was shuttled me
Home really to just hide the fact he wasn’t taking me home and giving me a loaner. Everything about that situation was not what they said. Can’t wait to get rid of this vehicle.

Honolulu Mercedes Benz Service department with Gabrielle Perez was one of my best service experiences I have EVER had since going to Honolulu Mercedes Service. She has surpassed and exceeded all my expectations. On top of being so polite and nice she did her research and saved me so much money. Something no other service representatives has ever done before. I could go on but, I want to keep this short. Just to give the public an idea of how good she is, my first quote for maintenance service was almost $2,000! I ended up paying $100.00 total. She is a gem. Thank you Gabrielle and Mercedes’ for everything. This is why I go to Honolulu Mercedes they are just fantastic, from the best salesman Sam Chang to the best service advisors, Gabrielle Perez

On March 23 of 2022 I called Mercedes Benz of Honolulu service center to schedule for services to be performed on my vehicle. I was assisted by representative Chris and proceeded to request for an oil change. He asked me for my information seeing this is the first time I'm bringing my vehicle to this dealership on Island as I just moved here. I then proceeded to ask the price of the service and was quoted at $200 and scheduled an appointment for Friday March 25th at 9am. When I arrived at the dealer, I sat down with a service adviser and was then told that my oil change service was $300. Then I explained to him that, that's not what I was quoted originally when I scheduled the appointment so what change? I then asked him to look in the system and get in contact with the person who scheduled the appointment or if he could see who put in the system. He said that he could, and he'll reach out to the service manager to see what they can do. After waiting for a response, he returned and said the service manager said they cant honor that price. I told the service adviser that I'd wait for the service manager to speak with him directly. I was directed to Lance Kobayashi & explained the situation and how their company quoted me at this said price. I was then told that, "our oil services aren't $200, our parts alone cost that much but there are places on Island and can do your oil change for around that price. " An OEM oil filter cost $20 and it takes 6.9 quarts of synthetic oil. Not sure if it was because I was an African American male that looked young and dressed that way but I took that as he thought I couldn't afford the services and I would be a fool to not know how much parts actually cost. So after feeling offended, I took my vehicle and left. I was quoted one thing and then told another once I arrived, I just wanted what I was quoted by their company.

It never ceases to amaze me how efficient Gabi P at Mercedes Benz of Honolulu Service department is. Its one thing to buy a car, of course everyone is nice and helpful then. But its the service afterwards that just amazes me, Gabi's follow up is impecable. I have had other luxiery cars and the service is not even close to Gabi's. This is the first Mercedes that i have, but ut wont be the last, I am not buying just the car, but the service as well. Keep up the good work Gabi!

I've purchased at least a dozen vehicles since I first learned to drive. This is my first Mercedes, and I couldn't be happier with it. The sales staff was knowledgeable and professional, and despite the vehicle shortages everywhere, they were able to find me the perfect vehicle.
My purchase was straightforward and stress free. Of course I've told my friends and family about my great new car, but I've also been able to brag about my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu. I shouldn't need a new car for a while, but I'll be a returning customer.

The customer experience needs an upgrade. Most luxury car dealerships give you a feel of luxury treatment. The waiting area is terrible compared to mainland. I'm giving two stars for the complimentary car service offered.

Had the worst experience/ customer service today at Mercedes Benz of Honolulu as I took our car for a tire change. Our tires had to be specially ordered. I show up there to a service appointment and turns out they never made the order nor did the parts sales rep remember he promised us 10% discount from the tires. They will not honor the rate promised and I had to leave with our old tires.

Having such a beautiful car from a luxury brand, I would think they would value their customers highly. Feeling very disappointed with how we were treated. They could have handeled the situation in a very different way.

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I was a bit intimidated at the thought of walking into a Mercedes-Benz dealership to look at and test drive cars. Angie was my sales advisor, and she made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the experience. I test drove one day, and the next day, we worked the deal over text message, e-Mail, and phone calls. All I had to do was go back in to sign and take delivery of my car. It was the easiest purchasing experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu, and specifically Angie.

Yugi was exceptional. He had us in and out with our new ride in less than two hours. Our schedule was super important to him and that makes him super important to us.
