UPDATE: I am rewriting my last review. In my last review, I complained that we had a hard time finding the place. But guys, let me tell you right now, any hassle there may be to find the place is 100% worth it! I went here for my birthday, I have been wanting a nose ring for years and my mum finally said yes! So we all went, and our experience could not have been better, My sister also was planning on getting a nose ring if I (as her guinea pig) paved the way, lol. So I got it first, and Jay, I think his name was, "He was so nice! I was slightly nervous. And he totally relaxed me even made some jokes that made us all laugh. He explained everything super clearly. And he was super fast! It was over before I even realized it had started. My sister saw it wasn't too bad and decided she was going to it after all, and she is terrified, and I mean like it's a major phobia of needles. So, I wasn't sure she would be able to go through with it. But Jay was awesome he got her to relax and laugh, and then it was done! Afterward, she was like, "That was so easy! Didn't hurt barely at all! " And then our mum surprised us and got a nose piercing too! Overall, if I could give Ten stars, I would!

(Also, just a tip to find the place, look for the red rooster, there is a glass entrance right beside there and then read the signs.

Took my 5 year old here to get both her ears pierced and I must say the experience was amazing! Professional, courteous, and treated my daughter just as good as I would. From start to finish was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend to both kids and adults alike. They even provide tons of information and are readily available for any after care questions or concerns.

This place was so great with my 5 year old! They made her laugh. They were so quick and easy. They took the time to explain everything to us and my 5 year old. They even gave her stickers to take home. I would highly recommend Metal Ink. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

My wife and I just had 2 piercings each re-pierced. I couldn't recommend METALink any more highly. The entire experience was incredibly pleasant. The shop is pretty cool. Jay and his wife are extremely nice people. It felt more like meeting friends than a service/business transaction. We walked in with no appointment, were greeted immediately in a super welcoming manner. Jay got set up quickly, and the piercings were done quickly and properly. Super comfortable atmosphere, and if we get any more piercings, it will definitely be at METALink. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Went in for a nose piercing and I was so scared cause I hate needles, but they were so awesome and chill. Such a good experience. Definitely recommended!

Both my daughters were there a few weeks ago to get their belly piercing and nose piercing. My older daughter just got here eye brow piercing done today. Jay is very knowledgeable and gentle when he does the piercing he explains everything step by step. I will recommend all my family and friends to your business if they need some piercing done. Also can’t forget the about the assistance at the front I’m sorry but i didn’t get your name you are also helpful and explained about the different piercing to my daughter on which eye brow piercing would she like much mahalo’z for the wonderful job y’all do.

I’m a loyal customer and I’ve only come to this place when I want to get a piercing. So far I’ve gotten a nose, belly button, tongue, and 2 eyebrow piercings from Jay and he’s the sweetest! He’s super chill and cool so is the receptionist there. All of the piercings I’ve gotten has had a good healing process and never infected! There’s also cats which is cool cause I love cats. Their collection of Starbucks cups, pop figures, and hot wheels is SICK! I’m planning on getting 2 lip piercings my next visit!

Jay the owner was absolutely amazing to my son for his ear piercing. He made him feel comfortable which made the piercing quick and easy for my son. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jay is super nice and professional. Recommend this place for anyone looking for piercings!

This shop is run by extremely friendly and professional people who know what they are doing and do it well. I’ve gotten my ears, nose and septum pierced by them and every time has been very pleasant and informative. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality piercer.
Also, the cats are SO cute.
