Metta Electric installed a solar system with battery backup for us. They were responsive and professional during the whole process and did an excellent job.

We have used Metta for a many different jobs - personally and for clients - for both electrical and PV. We highly recommend them as they were prompt, professional, honest, clean, and courteous. They address every concern we have with patience and understanding. We always feel extremely satisfied with their services and always recommend them to anyone that asks.

They come when you need them and they do the job right. I have used them twice. Once for under sink rewiring and once for installing a new oven outlet. Excellent work!

Recently, in February 2023, Kyle Kramer, sent out a crew to complete repairs for the ATS issue for my girlfriend, Linh Peterson's PV System as well as a panel that didn't look the best at no charge for labor or material. That is what you call excellent Customer Service and he should be applauded for standing by his solar energy sustainability in Maui. Kudos to the crew as well, completing the work within a more than reasonable amount of time, where our electrical power was turned off to complete the upgrades/repairs to the system.

I've worked intimately with Kyle Kramer, owner and Matthew Isbell, Solar Electric Designer with Metta Electric LLC to assist them in designing a system for my girlfriend. They are very professional and have met all of their current commitments, as we're awaiting the tedious review forum with the County of Maui and Hawaii Electric Company's permitting process. I definitely will recommend their services to anyone who inquires.

It's a challenge finding qualified electricians that are willing to come to do work on Lanai but we are happy we found Metta Electric. The electrician they have working with us Brian is very professional and respectful and knows his stuff. He helped to do a bunch of random electrical repairs and to install an electric awning.

Meta shows up, on time, and they do professional quality work. We have been in the interior design busines on Maui for 24 years and have experienced some undependable people. Don't worry about that with Meta. I call and get a quote and they show up! Friendly office staff too.

Metta Electric installed a 60 PV Panel Solar System in conjunction with a Thermal Sundrum Water System and Standby Generator at my home in Kula Glen. They did a fantastic job and their field and office personal are excellent. I've been involved with three other solar installers on Maui and Metta Electric is head and shoulders above them. I would not hesitate to have them take care of any of my electrical needs.
