Mitsuwa Marketplace reviews
12My wife and I stopped in this shop when checking out a bunch of different shops in Honululu. This place is open late and will make you feel like your in Japan. We did not purchase anything but this is certainly an authentic store. Your able to order seafood from a counter as well. I would reccomend checking out this Japanese market as it is cool to walk through at least.
The grab & go food is delicious and so much variety! Many imported items that are high quality but expect the higher prices. Well kept store and friendly staff. Wished the smaller shops inside (ramen, donut, green tea) were still there.
Beautiful marketplace with amazing options!
Lots of items from Japan, and made fresh on site!
If you have time to go, you can't miss it!
Super polite, helpful and friendly staff, who kindly helped me solve a misleading price label issue.
Smallest of the Mitsuwa stores and the most expensive. The ready to-go food is more abundant here due to the large Japanese audience though which is nice.
Little Japanese market store / grocery store. They've got a little bit of everything from Japanese stationary and pens, to great hot food selection including sashimi, poke bowls, curry, sandwiches, musubi, to fresh fruit and produce and shampoo and drinks.
There used to be a ramen stall, mochi donut stall, matcha love stall and musubi place here but alas, those are long gone and now the place is not as great as it used to be.
I did find a fantastic vegan packaged ramen that I'm excited to try.
Love this japanese market they have sashimi, sushi, grilled bento boxes, fresh salad.japanese drinks and dessert. Located on the 2nd floor of the International Market.
A wide selection of Asian grocery items. Very clean store and unique items that I have not seen elsewhere.
I always enjoy this Japanese store when I am in Waikiki area. You can find a verity of food to go during lunch. I enjoy their blueberry cheesecake. It’s lighter version but still contains a good flavor. Best part is that’s it’s not overly sweet. You can also find this nice Asahi dry black beer that is smooth and goes well with almost anything (strong than Bud lite and less bitter than Stout). It’s located on 2nd floor of International Market building. The entire building has many other interesting stores too. Famous Lilika Bakery (famous for their Malasadas) is also in this building (3rd floor).
Great selection of prepackaged & fresh items. Lots of drinks, seasonings, & foods.
Thank you!
A good selection of local Hawaiian / Japanese goods.
Fresh food is priced reasonably.
