Yes, I know I can't necessarily be objective, but the team in Nānākuli is really wonderful. They know just about every customer by name, and you can see folks come in every month to pay their bill and talk story with the team, catch-up on how their families are doing, and occassionally ask a question or two about their iPhone. My bills are all on autopay, but there's something to be said for the relationships the team takes the time to build with their community here.
