I waited for close to an hour for an appointment that I had confirmed weeks in advance and taken off work for. When I confronted the staff members and the doctor about it, they gave me such an attitude that it was completely unprofessional. Greg said something along the lines of “it’s not been an hour yet. ” He went on to bragging about how he is the “best podiatrist in Hawaii” as though he was some gift from god. I originally scheduled a bunion surgery with him despite the bad first impression because I was in a rush to fix my foot problems, but upon reading a few very damaging reviews about his poor work, and noticing that his credentials were questionable, I cancelled my appointment. Will look for a surgeon I can trust AND have rapport with.
