National Car Rental, Honolulu HI

Can't say enough great things about national & it confuses me how enterprise can be so different.but in this trip it was 100% national and it was PERFECT! Selected a beautiful BMW SUV which didn't even realize until my friend pointed out out. I just wanted an SUV with an auto back door/hatch & it was the 3rd one I looked at and was incredible! Had the auto door in back, great navigation system which we really needed should the phones die out AND BONUS we found heated seats. Great customer service getting there and returning it. I just love national! I think in all the times I've rented I've only had one issue. See you next year

I stopped using Hertz due to the experience, service and overall cost with National. Highly recommend National.

This is by far the best rental car company. I just started using their services but, easy and best customer service.

I travel for work and have used National across the globe. It is always a seamless transaction and if there are any hiccups they always find a solution in the customer’s favor. The Hawaii airport National car rental was no different.
I will save you the long story but I recently used another rental car agency and found myself in tears overt how terrible my experience was. I will never stray from National again. They have a customer for life in me.

National makes renting so very easy. I love the Emerald Club option of arriving and just going to the lot and picking a car. No standing in line, no waiting. Just pick a car of your choice and go. It is absolutely a rental game changer. I love National!

It was a pure excursion to get to the car at the Honolulu airport, probably a half mile walk. The Emerald quick check out was super fast. Returning the car at night with the construction detours was confusing. The National return sign was not lit very well, and I passed it 3 times. As you turn right around the bend, you need to look to your right about eye level for the sign.

National continues to provide top-notch and friendly service. I'll be booking with them next time as well

Good customer service at the service counter at Honolulu International Airport. The staff was friendly and very helpful in resolving any issues that I had in a expeditious manner.

Went all the way home to Hawaii for a funeral. Picked my rental and had no issues with my car. I am customer for life!

Service is usually great in Honolulu when we have a flight arriving early in the day. However, it closes at 11: 00 pm and direct flights from Anchorage arrive at 10: 30 pm. It’s almost impossible to get our baggage by 11: 00 pm needless to say get to the car rental facility before they close.

I switched to Nation car rental, almost exclusively, many years ago, after a series of bad customer service experiences with another nationwide rental chain. I have had universally positive experiences with National. They make getting out of airports with a car rental about as easy as it can be. I have found their representatives to be pleasant, helpful, and efficient.

Great selection of newer, lower mileage cars and convenient Emerald Aisle versus counter service.

What can xI say? We arrived at the airport in Honolulu, picked up a car out of the lot and drive off into the sunset. Just like the ads in TV. Perfect, and the return was just as easy.

National Rental Car was amazing in Honolulu Airport. Mikne was very professional and helpful. He had great customer service. The other team members at the Emerald Aisle were very welcoming.

Emerald Aisle had few cars and agent offered to get me a better one.returned in a few moments with a perfect choice.

Very smooth process. The mini van was ready at pick up time without me having to stop by the counter. At drop off, their customer service was top notch. Jack made sure that the process was as fast as possible. Charges were as advertised without any surprise or hidden fees. Great experience.
