Neiman Marcus, Honolulu HI

Went here after disappointing visit to Nordstrom. What a great choice. I was greeted by Mimi. Told her exactly what I was looking for and we went throughout the store picking out items. She put together some fantastic outfits. She also introduced me to Jade, who did my makeup for the event.

Very nice and upscale casual. Service was great, good was very good and the ambiance was very cool.

I wandered around the store for 20 mins without being greeted by anyone. I asked 2 different individuals where I could find customer service and was redirected to various locations. I came in to get a shoe repair and was told I could go up to any register for assistance and there was not one rep by any register. My red bottom sole started peeling off and it was a pain to get any consistent assistance via phone or in person. When I was able to get assistance after 20 mins, the interaction with the female shoe sales rep was pleasant and informative.

This is a shopping mall comprised of luxury brands located in Ala Moana Shopping Center. The decorations are nice every time I go.

It's quiet and there are many things you can only buy here.
The wrist room is spacious and clean.

This review pertains to their online store since they don't permit reviews on their Facebook page. I'm surprised that a high-end store would offer such poor customer service. They not only failed to refund my money for the return but also required me to actively pursue it. Additionally, they did not respond to the email. It's unbelievable.

I ate loco moco about 4 years ago and was impressed. I visited again because I wanted to try that loco moco again. Unfortunately, loco moco disappeared from the menu! I tried a hamburger instead, but the patty was different. It was delicious but disappointing!

I just wanted to see why there were so many bones in the meat dishes~Is there a hit or miss?
The food was delicious! The sea view is amazing~

It's a very famous department store.
The Uber stop is on the second floor.
This is probably the easiest place to ride at Ala Moana.
Designate it as "second floor. "

If you spend over $1,000, they give you a $20 gift card. I feel like I have free money for no reason. It's clean and friendly.

Entered the store for the purpose of "Mariposa". Vancri was open inside the store. Is T Galleria closed? It looks like it can be purchased at Neiman Marcus.

Josh at Neiman Marcus Honolulu is the best! He made a miracle happen with a hard- to- find piece I was searching for!

We truly enjoyed our delectable dinner, great ambiance and excellent service at the Mariposa coupled with a fantastic ocean & sunset views! Their new sunset lounge dinner menu is limited yet reasonable. Live music is an additional bonus!

Went in to browse the handbags and was greeted by a sales associate, who was knowledgeable and friendly. The store had many options in the brand I was looking at.
