NightRider Jewelry, Honolulu HI

Never heard of this place before and came across it last night and figured I’d check it out. Absolutely fell in love with the place, the jewelry, and the customer service. Came back today and purchased a ring which is absolutely beautiful. Sam was an amazing help, took his time to make sure everything was right, and gave great customer service! If I could come back every day I would.

Absolutely amazing place and the sales associates are fantastic. Jescelyn walked me through all the jewelry, showed me some of favorite pieces she's collected from NightRider, and provided tips on what pieces she thought I may be interested in and finger placement for the pieces. Definitely check this place out if you're in town look for a memorable piece to add to your collection.

Amazing jewelry and customer service. Went to purchase a unique wedding band with my new wife. Sam Drizos went out of his way to make my purchase exceptional. Even followed up a couple days later to see how the wedding went. Highly recommend.

I found the shop by total accident and absolutely loved their products! Jescelyn the sales associate was very patient and helped me eventually picked the ring I loved, though I have to wait for it to be customise made, I found the whole process quite easy and Jescelyn was very prompt with communication. I already recommended the brand to many of friends and the shop is definitely worth visiting for.

Jescelyn was a wonderful and patient staff member who assisted me in choosing the rings for my “dream list” for my wedding next May. I am so excited to go home and share these with my partner so we can choose the best one for us. Thank you!

The minute you walk in they are so friendly its amazing! You have go see Jescelyn she is the best I had no idea about the brand and she explained everything I can't express how much knowledge she has on the brand!

Jescelyn was a huge help and was happy to take out many pieces to show me. She made sure to address all of my questions and knew all about the company. The jewelry here is heavy, dense, high quality, and one of a kind.

We didn't actually plan to go into this store. In passing, we saw the wonderfully detailed pieces and peeked into the store. Besides the wonderful jewelry, Jescelyn impressed us even more with her expertise and knowledge. My husband and I vacationed in Hawaii and while shopping we came across the Honolulu store. We were instantly greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Jescelyn was the store associate to help us with out purchase and she was absolutely amazing. I went in to find a piece for my father for Father's day and she was super attentive, and helped me find the perfect pendant for him. During my time in the store I didn't feel like my time with Jescelyn was transactional, she was very personable and she built a great rapport with me.
. My father received his pendant just in time for Father's day and was enamored with it. Exceptional quality and mind blowing detail. He loved it!
Our experience didn't end in Hawaii, when getting back to California Jescelyn was kind enough to check in with me to let me know she was available to me in case I had any questions or concerns.

It has been nine years since I last visited Oahu and I was pleasantly surprised to come across Nightrider Jewelry for the very first time when I visited the International Marketplace location. I was amazed at the quality, detail, & creativity put into every piece. I was assisted by Jescelyn and couldn’t have had better service. I bought a couple of rings within a few minutes & the entire experience was great! After returning home to California and in less than a week, I lost one of the rings during a motorcycle ride. I called Jescelyn a few days later and definitely NEEDED to replace it. We completed the transaction over the phone in no time and it’s on its way via 2-day Fed-Ex. Mahalo Jescelyn! I will definitely be calling her for all my future purchases!

Jescelyn was very professional and helpful while my fiancé and I were in the store shopping. She was not pushy but more educational about how the jewelry were designed and made. She was amazing!

I have walked past your shop in Waikiki for over a year now and finally made it in today. I couldn’t have been more disappointed in myself for taking so long to go inside. I was greeted and helped by Jescelyn. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was in a time crunch and didn’t get to spend very long looking at your beautiful selection; it was getting close to my children's bedtime and I needed to take them home. I will 100% be back (within the next two weeks). I fully intend on making a purchase and couldn’t be more excited. Thank you for your customer service and amazing detail work on all of your pieces.
