Ninja Sushi

Lately the quality has been sub par.for a sushi place I would atleast think the quality of the ingredients would be "QUALITY" in guessing covid did a number on a lot of the small businesses around here.not to mention the increase in prices.

So sad to be moving and not able to get sushi from here anymore! The food was great, the staff was fantastic, and this was my regular spot for take out sushi for the better part of the year! -Tom

Would like more ginger though, lol!

Ninja Sushi continues to be amazing. Low prices, fantastic and fast food, great menu options and friendly staff. One of my favorite sushi places, and if you are looking for something very quick or casual this is an excellent choice.

Great staff, our lunch was so good I ordered spring rolls to go. Location was easy to find and we ordered plenty of salmon and more

Small place. They have a wide variety of food. All good. Just not filling for me. Friendly and fast service.

The food was ok but very spicy making it hard for me to finish. It didn't say spicy nor was I informed it was. Staff was friendly enough and the amount was alright being I could really eat my food but it is small portions. The price is high for the small amount

Nasty disgusting aging I ordered from here. The ability was like eating paste from a tube on rice drenched with Sriracha mayo to hide the look. This was Maki, yea not impressed, can't make a simple Spicy Ahi Maki. I've had better the texture was terrible but flavor was still there. Stop putting Ali through machine making it a paste, gross. $21 dollars wasted on mush.

Always have great sushi. The owners are friendly, and the service is always quick. Everytime i visit Hawaii, i always stopped here to get my sushi cravings.

Wish I could rate this place 0 stars simply due to their customer service! I placed an order to go and waited 45 minutes on my order! People coming after me ordering after me were done eating their food before I left! Approached the cashier Emma twice about where my order was and sure was told that it was NOT her problem! It sure is not your problem waiting on food but being unprofessional and rude is! The lack of customer service was very disappointing as well as the lack of empathy, will not recommend this location!

If you are craving sushi you must try this place. They have a wide variety of items to choose from: Bento, Udon, Nigiri, Poke, Handrolls and much more!

I didn't actually have anything here, but my wife and daughter did, and they said it was fine. No customers were in the store when we stopped by around 3: 45, so they were able to sit down and eat inside, which seems like a rarity during the pandemic!

Always love going to the Kapolei location. The staff is always so friendly and they remember who we are and take the time to get to know us. The food is awesome and tastes great all the time. It's my kiddos favorite place to eat.

The workers in the kitchen are rude and nasty. The food quality is really bad. It is not a clean place to have takeaway orders.
