NIO Snow Ice & Tea, Honolulu HI

I checked out several shave ice places in Honolulu. This one came at the recommendation of a local, and it was AMAZING! It was the only one that served fresh fruit, the toppings were delicious, and they always throw in a free iced tea which is the BEST iced tea! I seriously don’t know how there isn’t a line out the door at this place. It’s tucked on a side street near SALT, and doesn’t have fancy signage, so it’s easily missed. Just look for the snow ice sign under Chambers Escape Games.

We stumbled across this place Dec 22, and on a return trip to Oahu Nov 23.had to make a special trip back.as we loved it so! Definitely recommend coming here!

The Mango Shaved Ice did not disappoint! Perfectly sized for two to share and comes with a cup of perfectly brewed sweetened iced jasmine tea for balance. Friendly staff and quick wait to order and receive the food. Mahalo and we’ll see you again soon!

Yum! If you like Ice Monster, you’ll like NIO Snow Ice. Will visit again to try other shaved snow ice flavors.

The staff is not customer-oriented, it seems that you come to them and make them work. Unpleasant.

We had matched, strawberries and mango. They were the best shaveice we ever had in our lives.
