This place hired someone that harassed one of my friends out of nowhere over a car that was for sale on Facebook.one of my friends that JUST tragically lost her son in a car accident that happened to be the car that they were trying to sell.
Gary Santiago had the nerve to say if you're still selling the car, I bet the junk yard will buy it. He said that he agrees he's a horrible person and he would buy the car if the body was still inside of it. He said he can make use of his muscular body.or what's left of it anyway.he said that about a teen! That guy works for this place. When told what kind of a person they had in their entourage, all they had to say was that it was a personal matter and they wouldn't do anything about it.well, now your customers will know the kind of people you hire. Good luck with that

It needs to have soap in the restrooms to wash hands. A payphone use to be here but someone broke it and has not been fixed. For those of us who need to use the phone and don't have one this is very important. Also would be nice to have some type of vending machines as it does get hot here and having a drink to quench the thirst would be nice.oh, and it would be awesome if there was internet access or hotspot since there are no pay phones and at night even though there is security it is very dark and kinda spooky, especially so when you are not with anyone else and you're the only woman out there and see how many more men are still there and they don't look like they are going to be the best people to know and have not seen any other people who are the same as you.

I was very disappointed in the various drivers from the routes that I took the bus.

Oahu, Honolulu and Waikiki specifically are very touristy destinations. One would expect some level of help in getting to where one is going. I'm shocked and disappointed in the various bus drivers that interacted with.

When trying to get to my destinations, if maps, which is what The Bus uses to give directions and bus stops, is not working correctly, and have to ask a bus driver, when I asked any of the various bus drivers they responded by telling me that they were traveling to the final destination for their assigned route.

I observed the various drivers who provided helpful information to other passengers. I'm not sure what personal problems the drivers have to present unprofessional and unethical in selecting who they provide help to or not. It's simply un-American.

You either help everyone you can or none at all, but treat everyone equally.

If one is on vacation, I definitely recommend renting a car. It saves significant time compared to the bus, and avoiding the pathetic attitudes of the various unprofessional bus drivers who don't want to help a tourist.

Rude and unprofessional drivers, speeding for no reason only to abruptly break within seconds.

Filthy and crowded buses etc. Why would they care? It's only one big ohana, where drivers are only being hired if they have an auntie or an uncle working there; nepotism has it's perks. So don't bother making an official complaint against the drivers, as it will be ignored.

I would only recommend any other methods of transportation, not a drop of aloha within TheBus! What a waste and abuse of our taxes!

The 41 route is always late or worse yet they cancel runs leaving people stranded, in the sun, in the dark, late to make connections to other buses making them late to work late to doctors appointments and we know if you're late for them they charge you and might not even see you. This route was taken down to one bus Monday through Friday but they then put two on Saturday and Sunday. None of the drivers sign up for the run because it's that bad.
