He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly which is why we bought three pairs of sunglasses and three hats. I will more than likely be back before the end of our vacation due to his service.
Visited the Oakley store on Kalakaua St today & was assisted by Chaz. He was very patient & knowledgeable about the products & selection. He explained & demonstrated how to exchange lenses for the Holbrook. I was very happy with my purchase today. Only thing I would make the experience even better was for Oakley to include a hard case for the Holbrook as it only came with a soft case. Thank you Chaz!

Amazing experience. We actually went in there with no intention to buy anything, but one Chaz was so cool, funny and approachable that we ended up buying two pairs. I have been trying to convince my wife to get a pair of oakleys for years and I never been able to, but with his help I finally sealed the deal! I usually never buy anything at the stores, I’m more of an online shopper. Not today. Many many mahalos and give that guy a raise haha!

Robbie at the Waikiki store was a great help. I called inquiring if they had the parts I wanted for a Custom pair of sunglasses. Robbie checked and was able to find everything that was needed. When I arrived at the Waikiki store Robbie put together my Custom sunglasses the way I wanted. I was leaving the 15 minutes later with my new pair of Oakley Custom sunglasses. AWESOME cutomer service!
