Best sunglass store to go to for replacement lens and new. They are mostly all in stock. I wouldn't waist time going to any other store as they have to order them in and give you a run around.

I described a lens that i wanted for a particular model and it took less than 5 minutes for the guys at the store to help me! Thank you

Husband broke his Oakleys on the flight over and this was our first stop after getting settled to get a new pair. The team here took excellent care of us and even told us to check our emails if we subscribe to Oakley emails because there was an early Black Friday sale. Love them over there!

If it's a specialty store as a brand, I want more variety. They specialize in current trends, and their prices are the same as in Japan. It has become too mainstream and has lost its old design and price.

I approached Janie with a pair of Oil Drums over 20 years old and asked her to help me.within 15 minutes, she had a pair/model pegged for me that I LOVE! GO JANIE! Thanks so very much.

Everyone in the store is extremely friendly. Even though I sometimes walk out without finding anything I like, they are always helpful. I’ve been there enough times where they recognize me.

My son and I went to the Oakley Store at Ala Moana and received excellent customer service. Once we walked in someone came by to ask us if we needed assistance. We were looking to get a pair of glasses for baseball. They showed us different frames and even pointed out those with different nose pieces that fit better on my son’s face. They were all very friendly and helpful and we ended up purchasing a pair of Flak 2.0.

I went into the Oakley Ala Moana store and was helped by Mitchell Yano. Mitchell was very personable, product knowledge outstanding, and a professional in his craft (licensed optician). I had bought an Oakley prescription frame and lenses online, but it was not balanced (crooked). Mitchell was very helpful in correcting the frame and provided great tips on the care of the glasses. Next time I’m in the market for a new frame and lenses, I’m making an appointment to see Mitchell Yano. Mahalo.

My son had told me about the store and I was looking for a new pair of sunglasses. The associate greeted my wife and I and was very friendly. We told her what I was looking for and she suggested that I look at the half jackets. I liked the fit and looks.
