I am preparing to move due to a pcs. I just completed my Pre inspection. A solid shout out to EVA from the WEST RSO, she was a wonderful help in seeing things that needed taken care of before we move out. Not only was she prepared in the things that would be inspected, but she took it a few steps further and gave us the knowledge to tackle some of the things we could use to help. She was professional and kind when discussing things from the moment she pulled up to the moment she left. She understands the stress things like this can be, and she did what she can to eliminate it with a smile and laughs. She wears the hunt logo on her shirt with pride, and she is an asset to the Ohana military community. Thanks again EVA for your help!

Had a wonderful experience here. I don't want to spell her name wrong, but the lady who's name started with T was especially kind and helpful! She walked me through a difficult situation and provided me with the move out checklist. Thank you!

I don't think it's fair that I am charged 700.00 more than my BAH every month and Hunt/Ohana had the nerve to send me a document to sign stating "I was offered a home at my BAH rate and decided to go with a home that exceeded it". This is entirely not true. These houses are not worth the costs and it feels like Ohana/Hunt is exploiting service members. I do not recomend.
The kitchens are very outdated, the crime rates are horrible. It's not uncommon to find a homeless person sleeping in your backyard and peering through your windows. Our yard has absolutley no grass and it obvious that as little money as possibloe is spent on upkeep.

I had a great time living at Moanalua Terrace housing. I had to move due to price increases which was beyond my control. The move out process was very simple and straightforward. I had very good guidance from Megan, who works at the West RSO office, and my final inspector Eva. So, as long as you follow their guidance then everything will go smoothly. I want to shoutout those employees because they were patience and answered all my questions as soon as possible!

Liliana was our representative when we needed to move out. She was very helpful during a stressful time for the family. Thank you Liliana!

The 5-stars is for Liliana Santana and Eva in the East RSO! After a horrible move-out experience from Radford Terrace, Liliana restored our faith in the East OMC RSO. We took good care of our Halsey house and Liliana and Eva were awesome prepping us with the pre-pre, pre-inspections. Our final walkthrough with Liliana was sad and great at the same time. We truly enjoyed our few short years in Halsey and would move back in a heartbeat if we could. Mahalo to Liliana and Eva for making our stay there enjoyable!

We just completed our final move out inspection from Ohana military communities. We had a fantastic stay in the neighborhood. Maintenance was always there when we needed and addressed our concerns. Special thank you to staff member Eva for making our final out moving along so seamlessly. She was very pleasant and explained all the move out details thoroughly.

The housing units offered by Ohana are pretty much one of the best deals in town, considering cost of living, centralized AC, and location. The maintenance team does pretty good job responding to calls, but the quality of their work can improve. I give the Ohana office five stars for communications and response. We worked with Eva F.during our move out process and she was great in providing information, explaining the details, and responding to questions. Our move out was pretty much flawless thanks to her involvement and commitment.

Our RSS, Liliana Santana has been amazing. She has made the whole process of moving seem less daunting. She is very knowledgeable and personable.
