7Super long line for way understaffed cashiers. Walked out and never return to this store in Kailua-Kona
Great selection, not too crowded and staff are there if you need but not pushy.
I just wanted an even exchange for the next size. I didn't try on when purchased because of the pkg.of the leggings and because I got it on sale the first time, the cashier was charging me $10 MORE for the same thing saying it was not on sale and I had to pay the difference and she was rude. It will be a long time til I shop there if ever.
Just opened but came up strong best fabric good prices and good discounts
Just horrible service. The store was filthy. People working there - if you could actually find anyone working - terrible attitude.
Good selection of new clothing from baby to adults. Not your father's surplus store. Old Navy is part of the parent company which also owns Gap and Banana Republic. I signed up for their Rewards program, and I also applied and was approved for their branded VISA card, which gave me 20% off my first purchase.
Very friendly employees, well stocks store, always have someone around when you need help. Very happy to have one on our island.
