Very helpful staff most days, but couple guys in there get sour attitudes. We all have bad days, but no need pass it along or act high maka maka

There are some really sweet people working there who will go above and beyond to help you figure out your car issues.

I can't say enough about the staff of O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Kailua these guys not only sold me my new battery but pulled the battery out of my Chevy and put the new one in which was no easy task on the new Silverado. They go out of their way to help you there.

*Kindly unhelpful: Don’t be surprised if you’re waiting to buy an item at an open register and two employees smile at you and go help customer inquiries instead. This happens every single time, even on a slow Sunday afternoon to buy anything, they will help you out on their own convenience utterly failing at producing a quality product needed. They are an excuse of a business. Be sure you know what you are buying too, they’ve ordered stuff that was fraud they wouldn’t even admit it.

Great service, associate name Travis was very helpful diagnosing and getting my starter replaced, kudos to Kailua O'Riley's

Friendly, helpfully, even left the counter go and get an oil filter and special oil filter wrench from the floor for me. That's serving the customer. And they give me a military discount, too. Something I haven't seen in any auto parts store. Except on veteran's holidays.

First time to this location. Store was nice and clean. Lots of items and some stuff that I didn't see at other locations.

Staff was very knowledgeable in assistance and try going above and beyond to help you finish any task required.

My son decided to buy truck's used so he could learn.no automotive classes in school. But Doug and Conrad are teaching him one part at a time. Great service to community and responsive instruction.

Very helpful staff! I not only looked up parts wiper motor (older vehicle hard to find) that they had in stock without going through the model /make system but, they worked with me in finding what would be a better choice outside of what the might sell in store. Another great experience where the people on the other side of the counter will address you needs as a customer!

Anthone was the best! He was so knowledgeable and helped me with literally everything! I just bought a new car and had to touch up some things. He helped with getting the right adapter for my radio deck, fixing the hood rod clip, getting the right AC recharge, and even recommended a better scented air freshener. All with the utmost kindness and coolness.

He was so attentive and made sure I left feeling great. 10 stars goes to this O’Reilly, for his excellent customer service! Mahalo Anthone!

Staff is awesome, they have all the parts they advertise, and they know what they are talking about!

These people are very friendly and helpful with their knowledge to make you get what you need faster.
